Hotel was not worth the amount paid as the room was small and the bathroom tub was not clean and I just was not pleased!

I absolutely love Biltmore. We have gotten so spoiled by the quality for a great price! The rooms are always clean and well kept. The staff is kind and always helpful. The breakfast is more than just "continental"-you walk away full and satisfied. All the rooms have Bath & Body Works toiletries. You can get a jaccuzzi suite for next to nothing. We stay there everytime we are in town to visit my family. You can't do better anywhere else.

This hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay when visiting family. Six of us stayed there. We plan to return next September.

Wonderful accomodations Polite staff There was a slight problem with our room, and the staff got us moved quickly to a new room, without any problems. Very pleased! Breakfast is a dream. You can't get a mean like this, in another suites hotle for this price! Perfect location-convenient to all the highways. Bring your bubble bath and get a room with the jaccuzzi! Relax! I only wish that the pillows were a little thicker. I did request another pillow and that made it all good for me!

Staff was pleasant and accomodating. Breakfast content was above average, but they ran low on items quickly while we were there, but replaced them as soon as they were notified. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Over all a good choice. Would recommend and stay there again.

Our daughter attends High Point University. We stayed at 2 other hotels in the past that are closer to HPU. Once we stayed here we haven't even called the others. this is our 5th time staying here and I see no reason to consider changing!

This hotel is a non-chain and it shows. Management and staff have little customer service training and have a hard time making decisions. The breakfast is marginal and you better get there early cause when the initial portions are gone, too bad. Management says not to cook more, even if there's an hour to go before breakfast closes. They definitely need some policy/procedure/management help. Rooms are spacious with plenty of outlets. MIGHT stay here again, but only because of fairly cheap price.

Upon arrival the front desk cleerk was very friendly and exhibited the best of southern charm. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the free internet access was very much appreciated. The free breakfast and freee drinks st happy hour made the stay pleasant and comfortable. I would stay again without any reservations (pun intended lol)

This hotel was okay. The rooms were nice and the reception staff was pleasant. This hotel is quite a bit further from downtown Greensboro than we thought. It is right on the highway so access is easy. I was really put off by the cleaning staff though. On our first morning there after a long trip we were awakened at 8am by a knock on the door and indicated that we were not ready to have the room cleaned. About an hour and a half later a housekeeper opened the door and said loudly into the dark room "are your going to want this room cleaned today." At no other hotel has there been the expectation that my schedule should be dictated by the preferences of the cleaning staff. But that was the case more than once at this hotel. The staff made it very clear when they were ready to get into the rooms that they expected us to clear out. It was a classic case of the "tail wagging the dog." Although I'm glad they are focused on cleanliness, enjoying my vacation, including the room for which I was paying was important as well. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The Biltmore Suites Hotel is going to be my new ""home away from home"". I travel to High Point frequently and will continue to stay at the Biltmore. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was a plus to get my day started right. I was given a ""suite"" with a jacuzzi tub! The room was beautiful!

First problem was making the reservation online based on a description that was clearly outdated. Complimentary drinks, restaurant on site? NOPE. It's closed. Next, also in the description was a lack of info about the size of the rooms. We got a "Cruise" room, which is smaller than my closet at home. This would have been fine except when I tried to go to sleep with a toilet that ran (LOUDLY) every 1.5 minutes. Seriously! I timed it. I gave up at 12:45 a.m. and called downstairs. Front desk told me to come down and she'd give me another room. I asked if a manager would be in the morning. Manager comes in around 9:30-10:00. Naturally, I would be leaving the hotel for the business conference at 9:00. After packing up everything, she sends me to the room right next to room I was in, which was even smaller believe it or not. After unpacking and getting back in the bed, everything was fine until the A/C kicked on. This should be a good thing except it sounded as though someone was knocking on the door every time it kicked on, and the knocking continued until it switched back to fan. I might have gotten 3.5 hours of sleep, although this was between waking every 10 minutes or so to the knocking A/C. Front desk made no attempt at resolving the issues and gave me only an apology. So, needless to say I will not be staying here again....ever.

I wasn't "in the know" about cruise rooms! (never have been on a cruise) The room is very, very small - obviously, the size of a cruise room on a ship. After taking our things to the room and being shocked at how small it was, we decided that we would go downstairs to the Alibi Room to enjoy the manager's complementary cocktail hour...imagine our surprise when we heard there was no Alibi Room nor cocktail hour. Wanting to check email for a business meeting the next day we were told the internet service was down and who knew when it would be repaired. Needless to say, this was all a disappointment. The complementary hot breakfast didn't exist, either. Luckily we had leftovers from Ruby Tuesdays (just down the street) and the microwave did work to heat it up. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable - that's about as far as it goes, tho! Being from Asheville and knowing the luxury of the Biltmore Estate and Village I assumed that the "Biltmore" name meant something....

"The room was very tight and cramped, the light above the sink didn't work, the iron was full of rust, and the room was not cleaned after my first night there. The entire front desk staff were new and didn't want to make a decision until the manager returned on Monday. After I complained about all the above, they provided me with a new iron and cleaned the room, but the light still didn't work."

"We were thrilled with all the amenities this hotel offered--they got us the type of room we wanted but which was originally unavailable, they offered us wine and beer at an evening reception, breakfast was wonderful, and they had Bath & BodyWorks toiletries provided. We were even given a card to get a free appetizer at a restaurant across the street. We were treated like royalty!"
