This hotel is very diffrent it is dimly lit, dark, musty and there is NO continential breakfeast! When I first walked into the hotel I got an eerie feeling it was creepy. At night I could feel a stange presence in the room it was sooo scary. I will NEVER go there again!

Quaint and convenient. Keep in mind they are renovating a very old building. Fun old rooming house. Convenient to inner harbor. Very quiet with locked lobby.

The hotel looks like it was nice once-many years ago. Neighborhood is run down but hotel is within 1 block of the light rail system which is THE way to go to the inner harbor. Elevator was in/out of service and my son would have rather gone on the Tower of Terror at Disney rather than ride the elevator again. Room was on the 4th floor and in the mid summer the heat was nearly unbearable until the AC was turned on. Could be nice if a major renovation was done. Bed was comfortable. A light breakfast is included.

This hotel's original victorian(?) architecture is beautiful. We stayed in the suite and it had nice big windows looking out on the church across the street. It is a little farther from downtown than a lot of hotels in Baltimore, but we thought it was worth the travel to stay in VERY quiet hotel. We also liked that you have to be buzzed in at the front door, so random people can't walk in. The staff was nice and friendly. The wallpaper and molding were a little damaged in some places, but good considering how old the building is.

Classic look. Elevator were not working.

The staff is friendly and helpful;the hotel isn't in a good neighborhood. The hospital is 1 block away and also where you park your car. The place is very old and needs a major overhaul. The ""elevator"" is an old service lift, barely holds 2 people and isn't operational half the time, requiring you to climb the stairway to get to your floor. Poorly insulated and can be noisy. It's a long walk to the ballpark and inner harbor (10 blocks), but is close to the light rail system. If you're looking for a nice, modern and comfortable hotel close to the inner harbor, choice someplace else!

The Biltmore Suites is very run-down and isn't clean. The staff are not very welcoming. there was no continental breakfast. Parking is problematic and awkward... I advise not staying here.

Historic building, interesting architecture. Sheets & bathroom clean; some attempts at improving decor; room and public areas dusty. In addition to being a bit musty and dusty, our room was a third floor walk up with no assistance to carry bags. The walls between the rooms were not sound proof, allowing our neighbors fighting and young children crying to waken us at 2 am at which time we called the front desk and complained. Some attempts had been made to brighten up the room with new curtains and stenciling on the walls, but the overall feeling was drab.

Hotel was horrible. It was dirty, old, dark, damp, falling down.

Victorian decor. Too many steps. No elevator. The hotel was a lovely older hotel with a Victorian decor. Had a continental breakfast in lobby. Liked the room with the table and place setting, which we did not use. Liked the way the room was decorated. Did not like the fact that there was no elevator and we had to climb steps to the third floor.

Free continental breakfast. Old, seedy, no elevator, a little scary. Old, dated hotel, but no elevator. All shelves missing in the bathroom. Parking off-site in hospital garage.

Nothing. No elevator and they stuck us on the third floor. Run down, smelled like pine-sol no elevator only steps and in a questionable part of town, felt unsafe.

Victorian setting. No elevator.

The staff was polite and helpful. Limited on street parking or parking garage 1.5 blocks away. While I expected a nostalgic feel to the hotel as the building was built in the 1800s I did not expect to see dust from the 1800s. The room was not very clean. A broken TP dispenser was on top of medicine cabinet covered in dust. The old mount brackets for multiple towel racks were still on the wall. Had no heat or hot water my first night in hotel. Elevator was out and I had to carry bags up 8 flights of stairs. I booked 3 nights but only stayed 2.

The location was good. The hotel was worn. The hotel did have a nice location and although an awkward arrangement, had parking facilities at the nearby hospital which were inexpensive. The interior of the hotel was very worn and dated. The staff was not exactly welcoming, and having to buzz in every time you went in and out seemed silly.

The hotel is Victorian, beautiful. Historic area, walking distance to inner harbor-not as safe as hotel area. Employees didn't seem to like young guests, just tolerant. The cat in hotel was adorable but could be a problem. Bed not so comfy, thinnest wall. Over all I would stay there again. The hotel is old with moden ammenities. Across street from a 1700 catherdral. Lots of old sites, monuments, museums, hospitals and schools. Baltimore is not a small town so don't explore after dark. The hotel is in one of the best areas of Baltimore. You can walk to the inner harbor which is cool, but only in day time because that area is not such a good one. You can be there at night because its crowed but just taxi back. Hotel walls are thin. I went for my anniversery , its really romantic though. The water takes a while to warm up. Its an old building. The staff always seemed like we were bothering them.

Great location on historic neighborhood. Charming historic property. An older property. This is a charming little place in one of Balimore's most interesting neighborhood. It is a safe area, although, like many smaller hotels, they lock the doors at night. However, the clerk quicly buzzed us in. The decor seemed not the beat coordinated, so don't expect a luxury property.

It's quaint ambiance, the hotel pet, and friendliness of staff. Lots of steps to room! What was initially dismay over the age and lack of amenities (such as elevator) turned into great joy as we realized what a gem this place was! I would love to know the history of the place. And it's proximity to everything we had planned for our weekend was definitely an extra!

The hotel room was large, spacey. The hotel was pet-friendly. Older building, dirty carpets, could hear the conversations of the others in the next room. Older brick building, with a victorian setting inside, very casual.

Romantic, cozy and antiquated. Broken bed curtains. It was a nice and different experience.
