The Biltmore is convenient to Will Rogers Airport and major roads, but my room was very quiet. All of the staff members I dealt with were very helpful. Should I ever find myself in Oklahome City again, I'd stay at the Biltmore.

staff was friendly Hallways and stairways were shoddy at places. There was no elevator and we were on 2nd floor. The room was ok. The front lobby was attractive and clean.

There was left over trash in the trash can from the people that stayed there before us.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel on a last minute spontaneous getaway trip and we got an excellent rate for an awesome room! The room and the hotel exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and presentable and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We weren't aware of the International Hot Rod Convention being in town (and they just happened to be dragging Meridian that night), so the general area was pretty crowded and the hotel staff handled it like pros, we weren't even bothered by the crowd at all!

The staff and the Hotel itself was really nice. Would stay here again. Good Location.

Hallways were very worn & dirty, stairways were disgusting, bathroom grout was filthy(floor wasn't much better). Lots of kids, so was often noisy. A HUGE place, very spread out and ALL restaurants were smokey from cigarettes. Definitely NOT a 3 star, barely a 2 star would be more appropriate. Would not recommend.

my husband and I stayed there feb 13-15 2009 the first room they put us in had no heat when I told them they tried to fix it but couldn't so they moved us to a room with double beds next door to the night club. our towels were handed to us by house keeping they were damp and had brown stains on them. the tv reception was not good half the channels you could't get.

First off the staff at check in where lazy high school type girls who didn't go out of their way to serve their customers. Our room we received was not even cleaned, they said they had no other room available and that I couldn't talk with a manager who could provide compensation until morning (this was 4 in the afternoon). We received complementary beer tickets for their clubs, but because we didn't drink alcohol we had to endure harassment from the bartenders for 30 minutes before we could get a non-alcoholic beverage. The Elk's Lodge stayed at the hotel the same weekend, but no one told us to expect things to get rough. Right when we were trying to fall asleep, drunk old men and women ran through the halls beating on doors and screaming out of drunkeness. Not to mention the hallways of the rooms smelt like cigarette smoke and the room itself smelt like wet paint. When the front desk was made aware of the noise pollution from the drunk people, their security was useless. The night manager said he couldn't reimburse our money because we booked through the travel website and tried to offer us another room. Even though earlier I was told there wasn't any available. The travel agency was helpful in reimbursing our funds when we called them at 1 in the morning and we returned home, angry at our treatment from the Biltmore, but thankful we got our money back from the travel agency.

This was a business trip. The hotel was Very Clean with Friendly Service. Would have felt safer if had Keycard entrance for lobby doors. Get rid of birds in Garden. They wake you up at 4am. We called and told them we do not want to stay by any pet rooms. They gave us our request and we had a nice stay.

The staff was friendly, and the location by the interstate was good. I prefer the bathroom counter to be outside bathroom. No food vending machines. This hotel is good if you just need a bed to rest. The room and bathroom are out dated, and in need of some upgrades. Don't expect anything special.

I was a little worried about staying at the Biltmore after reading some of the reviews, but I decided to take a chance anyway. I have never stayed at a hotel with such a courteous staff. All of my questions and concerns were dealt with promptly, and we were given complimentary gift sacks for booking online. Our room was very large and just as advertised online. It was clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I have found in a hotel. I was very happy to actually see security making rounds in the parking lot, and as we were leaving there were workers actually seen cleaning the parking lot. I haven't seen that anywhere else. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was pleasantly suprised. The location was not so bad good nieborhood, pleanty of restraunts all around.American Staffed and very interested in my comfort. Great big restraunt, good food. 3 bars but only one was open when I arrived. Very smokey in there. Room service was not open when I arrived. But I could have walked across the parking lot to dennys but it was 11:00p.m. and I was tired. Bedsread, and bathroom and furniture was outdated but still the room was very clean. Its also about a mile from the water park. I will definatley be back. Great security also. Big complex probably was the place back in the 80's or 70's. I come to OKC alot three times a month. And this is by far best value for the dollar!!

We arrived and they were hot tar roofing in front. Took a back room- stinky, disrepair.Worst mattress-covered in plastic and big rut in it- little or no sleep-. STAY AWAY_It's an old property -old hotel- 3 stars? NO WAY-

I have stayed here many times. They have both indoor and outdoor pools. If you want peace and quiet you do not want to be in the same building as the indoor pool because it is open until 11 p.m. which is great if you are a family traveling and need somewhere to sit inside and watch the kids from your bedroom window as they play. It is located on I-40 which is less than 15 minutes from Tinsel Town, the races, the fairground, the zoo and of course Penn Square. Its very convenient and has both a microwave and a refrig in our double room. Will stay there again of course.

We could bring our two large dogs with us this trip. Not much of a continental breakfast. Very clean and large room. A true non-smoking room. Easy access for walking the dogs. They didn't know we were bringing the dogs and took time to give us a good room for them. The continental breakfast was coffee, tang, donuts and fresh fruit. The sauna wasn't very hot and there was no steam in it. The whirlpool was good and hot and had lots of jet action. We will stay there again in the future.
