Renovation done poorly. No valence on the window. Plug in the blow-dryer and the power went out in not just our room but three other rooms. Were on a first name with the maintenance crew which were prompt daily. Tile in bathroom painted, granite countertop not sealed, and outlet plates sitting on a angle. Poorly painted and textured hallways. Looked something like a grade school art project. Blankets questionable.

The pool had slides and the front desk was very nice. Can't think of anything. This was a great hotel and we plan on staying their again.

Came to Billings for a family matter. Found the hotel here on a online travel website. It was very clean, friendly and priced reasonably. We were surprised to find it had just underwent a major renovaton, yet was priced quite nicely. We will be back again this summer for sure.....

We were worried about this hotel from all of the reviews that we read. But all in all, it was not a bad stay. There isn't anything exceptional about the hotel, but there isn't anything awful either. By and largem the rooms, and bathrooms, were clean. The pillows could use a bit of upgrading. There were no elevators to get you to the second floor, so if that is important, request a first floor room. The restaurant is average, and the cocktail lounge is OK. There are some other chain restaurants nearby. The location is a little far away from downtown or the airport. If you are looking for a place to spend a night, it's really not that bad.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation which we thought might be noisy But they work only in one section at a time. We are anxious to come back in April when it will be done. All new beds and furniture. Will definately be back

Found: cigarette burned sheet, torn blanket, gunk/spots on rug, broken/soiled tiles bathroom entry, grey towels/washcloths. Charge .75 to connect ALL calls. For what they charge the room should be PRISTINE. Don't know how/who rated them best in Billings!! Need glasses!!!

Nothing. Everything. I was extremely disappointed with this hotel, I have used Priceline and have always had a good experience except this time. This is a wolf in sheep's clothing. The carpet was coming off, the drapes could not open, there was urine on the tp in the bathroom, there was apiece of wood with plaster and dirt over the window to serve as a valance, the hallway wallpaper was torn and tacked on, the light switch was coming off, not the cover the light switch itself. If your interested I took pictures to send in to the Hotel and the better business department. It was horrible. The weekend before we stayed at the Best Western Kelly Inn ( another 2.5 star ) and the difference was night and day. Ihighly recommend dropping the star rating on the Billings Hotel, it was disgusting.

Stayed in Feb for a basketball weekend. Was very pleased with all the improvments the hotel has made. New rooms were really sharp. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff had a great attitude. Will stay again when in Billings for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights to attend a funeral. Our daughter loved the pool and two waterslides. The motel had been recently remodeled and everything looked very nice. The desk clerks were helpful, but not overly friendly. Whenever I went near the desk, they were always occupied with a customer. The lounge had a karaoke night I took part in which was fun and safe in a relaxing atmosphere. We got a meal for four and waterslide wristbands for four with our online travel website purchase, so we ate the buffet breakfast for * for all four of us as they deducted our continental breakfast coupon from the price of the meal. The buffet was very good, something for all. When we were looking for a motel to stay in to attend the funeral, there were only about four available hotels listed on online travel website due to summer travelers and the Billings Fair was on. The Billings Hotel was the second most reasonable hotel listed, and we were pleased by all the amenities (lounge, restaurant, pool with hot tub and waterslides, gameroom, computer room, neat lobby with comfy chairs and a fireplace, weight room, etc.) There was a large inner grassed yard with a place to have a big gathering if need be with a huge place to barbecue and playground equipment for preschoolers and toddlers. My family never had complaint one, but I personally have two complaints: the mattresses and the mattress pads. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable in the world and the mattress pads were poorly fitted and wrinkled up under the sheets. The room also had a musty aroma I didn't care for. But I would still stay here again. Compared to other Billings prices, this one was classy enough for us and affordable.

Nothing. Room cleanliness was marginal. Beds were 5 years too old. Must be running on a tight budget. Accommodations were marginal at best.

Just checked out of this hotel. Stayed last year at same time while visiting family....what a nice change. New heater/ac in our room new furniture and a lovely new paind scheme in the roomm. It looked like a 5 Star room for a 3 Star price. Good service in both bar and dining room. Staff was great. They even came up with a cell phone charger for me as I left mine at home. I am looking forward to our summer trip and will stay here again for sure.

The halls, entry way, bathrooms, and pool area were all very visibly dirty. Our room had a musty/cat urine smell. The back entrance (to the hotel) did not lock. The bolt on our door to the room was loose and the bathroom door wouldn't close, latch, or lock. The bathroom in our room was by far the worst. The toilet and shower were clean enough (to the naked eye), but there was what appeared to be feces on the wall above the lights, the fan didn't work, and the floor was really gross. We put down our beach towels to walk on. We would have just asked for a refund, but all the other hotels in the area were booked due to a county fair in the area. The sheets were clean, and so we just removed the bedspreads. My husband stayed in the same hotel for a conference last spring and his room was much nicer. Maybe we got the older room because of the guaranteed rate? Also, there was a charge to use the waterslide, which would have seemed okay, if it was clean and there was an attendant or something.

OK, nothing special. Under construction. I stayed here for one night, was not very happy. First had to pay to use the hotel slide $3.00 a day (even for hotel guests). Second under construction, was woken up at 8:00 AM really loud and pounding. Also, lady at check in was really rude, asked her a question and she was not very pleasant. Glad was only there for the night.

My husband and I were staying at this hotel for a funeral along with some other family members. We arrived in our room to find it wasn't clean and imediatly called housekeeping. We then left our stuff in the room and went on our way. That nite we came back and were going to have a drink to unwind and much to our surprise, the 3 OPENED bottles of alcohol we had brought and left on the dresser were gone. We contacted the front desk who said they would contact house keeping the next day. Housekeeping came by our room the next day w/ our alcohol saying they thought we were checked out and had left it behind. Note that all our suitcases, etc were still in the room. We told housekeeping we couldn't take the alcohol back cuz we didn't know if they had done something to it or not. The general manager was very rude and kept walking away from us as we were trying to talk to her and was flat out rude, as was most of the staff. She told us she didn't have time to deal with this and walked away. We were flat out stolen from and therefore filed a police report and checked out. If you stay here, I would be sure to have my stuff with me at all times. Worst hotel experience ever.

Location, condition. Poor room housekeeping. Would recommend this as a good, moderate hotel.

Location. Dirty, no remote control, poor management. I stayed in this hotel early April. Had the most horrible experience. Let the manager know, also called the manager to talk. The manager never called back to apologize. Then the beginning of the week I stayed. The room was dirty like it was never even cleaned. Popcorn on the chair and floor. There was not remote for the TV. This is very poorly managed.

Easy access from the freeway. The room was like a refrigerator and the heater didn't work well at all. The lobby was very nice, we didn't use the pool but it had a cool looking water slide kids would love it.

The swimming pool and lounge area was great. The room felt comfortable. It was quite noisy late at night. The hotel features were great. It had a nice comfortable feeling. The halls and inside area of the hotel were really nice and it was kept up well. The swimming pool area were really nice with the water slides and hot tubs except for it was overly crowded the whole time we were there. Despite the nice atmosphere of the hotel, the hotel was really noisy at night. You could here kids crying and teenagers yelling late at late at night. We did not rest well there. The walls probably aren't insulated really well. Unfortunately this was definitely a negative factor of this hotel experience. We would have been quite happy with the hotel if it wasn't for all the noise that kept us awake at night.

The room didn't smell like smoke, many non-smoking rooms do. Sink and shower drains were very slow. Cleanliness was not fastidious.
