This place was a great place to stay. I have read other reviews and those people must of not stayed at the same place as I did. The staff was great and they were always cleaning everything at all times, I dont think they slept. The hotel couldnt be no closer to the beach unless it was in the water. This was my first time in Panama City Beach and it will not be my last. I will be back to that beautiful place and I will be staying at this hotel again as long as its still there. Dont listen to what other people say, if you want a place thats in a good location for the price you pay then this is they spot.

We had problems with the keys not working, After reporting 3 times, the keys still didn't work. No hot water the entire stay, that was reported and never resolved. No microwave in a room with a kitchenette. Staff not very friendly or courteous. Dead roaches in the stairway. Never Again.

We were in the basement, no view. Lamps falling off the wall, A/C falling off the building. Coffeepot didn't work. Staff inattentive . View of the grass growing.One chair only on the patio cubicle. Requested phone ""activation"" in order to call out for a pizza. Didn't happen. DON'T GO HERE!

If you are under 30 this may be the place for you. A party atmosphere means noisy guests till all hours. Room was old and dated and needed some repairs. Lights burned out, door to room was basically broken and could be shoved open. Paid too much for what we received - . Breakfast wasn't bad - continental.

The employees were nice, but that was it! The bedroom window would not shut (opened to the street), so we moved the matress to the kitchen. There was ALOT of trash visible from under the bed, and the sheets had a spot of ""something"" that made that spot rigid like a board. I don't plan on going back to PCB!!!

"We reserved a room with balcony but when we arrived, they tried to put us on the first floor. I had to get mad, and ask for manager, which is not a fun way to start the vacation. Finally got a room with a balcony. Also, i think they should clean rooms between 11 and 2, most people when they come in from the beach, want to relax and shower, but then you have to worry, what time are they coming to clean the room. However the people were friendly. As to the reservations, they should assign you a room at the time of reservation, not wait until you get there, then say, they are all out."

"My family and I wanted a low cost beach vacation where we could all be together. The view was great, and the hotel was near enough to the water that I could watch my kids from the balcony. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. There was only two days of maid service and getting fresh towels was like pulling teeth. The rooms were damp and moldy but the kitchenette helped keep the cost down. "
