Hotel is in an excellent location both for walking to Rodeo Dr. and for accessing Hollywood and other tourist spots. Rooms are about average size but clean. The maid service was good but not great as they left some trash and forgot to leave the same amount of towels for the room. I'm upset that we booked the room 9 months prior to use and our room was the farthest from the elevator. Parking fees were outrageous costing $28.00 per day. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Very classy and prestigious hotel. There's always something happening. The facilities are great, and the recent renovations are fantastic.

The hotel was clean and had a nice room with a balcony and view of the pool. The courtesy car was wonderful as the hotel is not as convenient to Bev Hills as I thought it would be. The only downside to this hotel is the very loud pool parties where they rent out the pool area for movie viewings to private parties. Can go very late and stay loud but other than that, the hotel was very nice.

My friend and I had the best vacation ever at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. We often stay in NYC hotels which can?t compare for value and hospitality. Our room was ready at 1:30 PM when we arrived in the location we requested and with the extras we needed. Our suitcases were quickly taken to our room and we easily moved in. The huge bathroom was amazing with a TV and very long counter top. The room while not overly large was well laid out and comfortable with a great balcony view of the pool. My only complaint was the mattress was softer than I like. The maid service was excellent. Trader Vic?s by the pool is very pleasant. The Beveryly Hilton is a very active and fun hotel - tux events almost every night in the International Ballroom. Every time we called for our car, it was in front of the hotel by the time we arrived downstairs with 2 complementary bottles of cold water. Daily overnight valet parking, however, at 32 is pricey, but you are in Beverly Hills. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. Even though we weren?t there to pick up a ?Golden Globe,? we were treated like we were just as important. Great location on Wilshire - will do it, again!

It was a nice stay overall. The hotel staff are very helpful and nice. One of the guests took my newspaper that was delivered in the morning but that was a minor disappointment.

Facilities are clean and nicely décor. It uses feather bed that shifts around with feather sticking out. Trade vic’s lounge staff are pretty old-fashioned. Luxurious but doesn't feel homey.

I recently booked to stay at this hotel for the first time for my business trip during the AFM (which takes place in Santa Monica). I always stay in Beverly HIlls as most of my business meetings and dinners are there. The HIlton is a class act, putting bottles of water in my car each morning (on my way to the gym). A beautiful pool as well (although it was cold outside the one day I had to enjoy it! Oh well!). The room was very well appointed with a 46" television with HBO. Overall, a very good hotel with very nice staff.

The hotel and staff were great. Enjoyed breakfast on my room's terrace. Excellent Food. Would like Trader Vic's Restaurant back.

We booked a junior suite through Orbitz. A friend recommended we make sure we stay in the newer portion of the hotel (she said it was nicer and had a balcony), and we inquired when we arrived. We were informed that our reserved junior suite was located in the old tower, and to switch to a junior suite in the new tower would be an additional $75/night. We checked out the room, and while it was really nice (beautiful bathroom with deep tub & tv, large spacious room, large balcony), it had a poor layout, and looked out onto the hotel rooftop. We opted for a standard room in the new tower, which cost an additional $35 a night over our reservation price. The room was nice, if a little small, with a modern bathroom (no bathtub, unfortunately), a decent size balcony with views of the hills, and a very comfortable bed. The room was tastefully furnished, clean and modern. The most frustrating aspect of staying at the Beverly Hilton was the fees and expenses. Parking was $34/night for valet service (which was prompt and offered good service), $10/day for internet access (not particularly fast), and the items in the room's stocked fridge were ridiculously expensive. $6.50 for a 12 oz bottle of water! Worse, the fridge is pressure sensitive, so it charges you for anything you move--which makes the in room fridge worthless for keeping your own items cool. The hotel was willing to pull the items out and make some room upon request, but required a $20 "restocking" fee. This is not an inexpensive place to stay. Room service was ridiculously expensive ($20 for a continental breakfast), and poolside cocktails were $14. That said, the service at the hotel was very good, the location is excellent, and the hotel is pretty swank. The extra fee for staying in the newer part of the hotel was a little frustrating. We pointed out that we had already paid for a junior suite, so moving to a standard room in the new tower shouldn't incur additional expenses. We were told the hotel's policy was

The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms only view was that of a big wall. The hotel was clean, nice, centrally located to Beverly Hills and Westwood. The staff was attentive and polite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was the fact that the rooms only view was a huge wall outside of the window that made you feel like you were in a cave.

Newly renovated, clean, good location to shopping and restaurants. Restaurants within the hotel were nice but somewhat expensive, rushed through Sunday brunch in order to make ready for lunch. Still some construction occurring on site. Would return or recommend.

After a long flight from the east coast we arrived @noon. After waiting over 2 hours for the next available room they upgraded us to a room with a balcony. Good Things - Nice location in Beverly Hills, 5 block walk to Rodeo Drive, Plama T.V in bedroom and LCD T.V. in bath, very helpful concierge, heated pool, valet serviceNot so good things - extremley pricey room service, no resonably priced food places nearby. We drove to Ralphs supermarket on Sunset and stocked up on muchies for the week. Had breakfast and dinner at restaurants in Hollywood

I expected a little more of the rooms given the pricing, lobby decor and pool. They were very nice but not FABULOUS. The beds were very comfortable. I had a regular room, I'm sure the suites were much better! Pool area was gorgeous. Unfortunately when I was there it was too cool to go swimming but I would go again just for a chance to swim and lounge in the pool area!

Location and public spaces. Recently updated and in a great location for business in Beverly Hills or Century City.

Looking back in the past, that's all that can be said. The food is some of the worst ever tasted. Stay away from anything the hotel sells as fish. It stinks and tastes of ammonia. The rooms are unimpressive, and the plasmas are so cheap, I'd rather have TV ears. This place is just awful.

The valet parking service was very friendly, brought you your car with 2 bottles of cold water every time you went out. Concierge was super, friendly and helpful every time. The lobby is fantastic with a huge tropical fish tank, tropical birds in cages and lots of plush seating areas. Trader Vic's lounge was decorated really funky. Had indoor and outdoor seating by the pool. The pool area is like a movie star's paradise with gorgeous seating areas and tent topped lounges. The gift shop is nice, expensive though. Our room was very nice. Don't snack at the honor bar! A little sleeve of Chocolate chip cookies was $10., a can of coke, $6.50. Nice flat screen TV. We were on the first floor so there was some traffic noise outside in the morning and a cement block wall outside our window. The location is great for walking to Sprinkle's cupcakes and Rodeo Drive. I could afford a cupcake, though not even flip flops on Rodeo Drive...$995. Take the tour of the stars homes and ask if Richard is driving. It's a van that picks you up at the hotel, sit in the front seat for excellent photos. I would definitely go back to The Beverly Hilton!!!

It felt like a classy hotel. Had great history! Pool service was great! Location was close to Beverly Hills and Century City so very convenient to stay here. The hotel is well known and I've associated it with the Golden Globes being held here. I can see why because the hotel is quite classy and had a great lobby with open spaces. Our room on the 6th floor was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Nice flat screen in the room as well! The service provided by poolside was great.

the Beverly Hilton has always been a beautiful hotel. I use to live in the area, but had never stayed there. I live out of the area now and needed to stay for 2 nights in the Beverly Hills area. We were there for a medical procedure and needed an additional refrigerator for our own food and drink. I didn't know that the hotel would be able accomodate us and they had it delivered right away. Very friendly and thoughtful staff.

Hilton Beverly Hils is in great shape and well appointed. Strange - toothpase in the bathroom, but no shower cap. The Beverly Hilton is in a wonderful location, quick to get in and out of west LA and walk to Beverly Hills. The A/C - fan was noisy, but it was cool enough to leave it off. We had service dog with us, no problem, and a great walking/jogging path across the street! Asked for late checkout with no problem, but didn't need it after all. Very nice stay.

The bedroom was beautifully decorated and we liked that there was an extra TV in the bathroom. The bathroom and shower were particularly modern and lovely. Don't eat breakfast in the hotel it was overpriced. The dinner at Cirque 55 in the hotel was delicious and I recommend the restaurant.
