Very comfortable, secure and with a good breakfast. There were no negatives about this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel on two different legs of our spring break vacation. After reading some of the reviews we were a little timid. But this hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and attentitive. Rooms were very nice. The continental breakfast was above and beyond. If there is a negative to write - the pool was a little on the small side. We had a great trip and this hotel helped make that happen.

I stayed here for only one night while PCSing from California to Texas. The hotel was very easy to find, located very close to I-10 and lots of family-friendly restaurants nearby. The hotel accepts pets and has a nice size pool which was great for the 115* AZ heat! The hotel was very clean and the free continental breakfast was HUGE! My wife and I were very impressed and we look forward to staying at more Best Westerns in the near future. Plus, the price for my entire family was only * including tax since I'm military. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going in that area.

I stayed here while I attended two ASU Super-Regional NCAA College Baseball Games (they played Clemson - my team). It's not too far from the ASU Campus ... it's convenient to many resturants and the hotel has a brochure about their recommendations, including nearby things to do.

The fitness room, no weights just bikes in a makeshift room.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned well and fresh towels were provided each day. The furniture was very comfortable and did not seem oversized for the rooms, which can sometimes be the case in certain hotels. The free internet was easy to connect to and the signal was strong. The continental breakfast was a great bonus. I was expecting doughnuts and juice, but it was way more than that. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries were available every morning. The staff made sure the serving dishes were always full of fresh food and that the tables were cleared and clean. Free breakfast definitely made starting the day that much easier. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and affordable place to stay in the Phoenix area. It is centrally located and is near I-60, so you can get around to the various suburbs of Phoenix easily. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

I stayed here with my family, (wife and 14 month old son) for one night before heading off to camp in the Grand Canyon. The hotel provided us a clean and comfortable room at a good price. What more could you ask for? The staff was friendly, the free breakfast was complete. We used the hotel provided crib, and found it to be clean and safe. The fast and free internet provided in the lobby was helpful. It's definitely not a luxury hotel, and the building is a little old, but you will get your money's worth.

My son and I were just there for the weekend for my daughter-in-laws baby shower and no matter what time of the day I walked into the hotel the staff were friendly. We also invited some family that lived in AZ to join us at hotel pool - it was great. Hotel was nicely located, area was quiet and always felt safe.

Staff was very friendly! Free Internet was helpful. Breakfast was great! Pool was a little small but clean. Location near the Arizona Mills Mall, and it had a pool for the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. I used the free in-room Internet which was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a bigger pool, but it was clean and my kids had fun. The weather was beautiful for February.

Our room was very clean, free of disgusting odors, great toiletries! Enjoyed coffee in our room as well as the complimentary breakfast. Their lobby is very inviting with comfortable chairs, sofas and beautiful green plants. I am glad we stayed there.

We were here on two separate occasions-05/30/08 and again on 06/01/08. First stay everything was perfect. Second stay-room had an awful smell-like something had been left to spoil in the room refrigerator. Immediately went back to the desk and asked for a different room & was given one with no problems. Front desk called later to make sure 2nd room was okay. This was the only issue we had & everything was taken care of quickly. It was very close to Arizona Mills Mall & numerous restaurants and it wasn't noisy at all. We will be staying here again when we return to the Phoenix area.

The staff there were very nice and the location was great! The only thing was the pool seemed smaller then what the picture showed. But a very beautiful place.

Nice big bath towels. Pool was small. For what we wanted the hotel for it was fine. If you are looking for something a bit nicer and more romantic, this is not the hotel for you. It is very basic and the pool is very small. I did like the lobby, it was nice and big and nicely decorated.

This hotel is very affordable but the service and amenities are still wonderful. I understand the staff here was picked by Best Western International as examples of the very best service staff. All of Best Western service staff is trained here. The food is wonderful. The amenities are above average and they have a very convenient location! Highly recommend.

This hotel was nice to stay, very easy to find off the I-10. The room was a bit too cold for my wife, but I thought it was just fine. The room was nice, I just wish the set-up of the TV was a bit more elegant, it was just sitting on top of the dresser like a college dorm room. Overall, I would stay again.

The location was bad because we were at a convention at the Covention Center and the motel was 10 miles away. The property was very accommodating though in providing a shuttle most of the time. The staff went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as it could be.

Nothing. If you don't have to stay, don't! Small Rooms, too expensive, old, dirty.

Stayed for business purposes. Very clean rooms. good location near large resort and near the Mall. Short distance to ASU. Front desk very helpful, security very helpful. Room was very clean and looked more upscale than a typical. Bathroom was excellent. Only thing that was average was the bed was a little too soft for me. I like a firm bed. The morning breakfast was fine, not too fancy, but good enough for me. The kept the breakfast area stocked and clean during the morning rush, better than others I have been to. Overall I would recommend staying here if you are in Tempe. Price was very reasonable for the quality.

Check in staff was very friendly, accomadated elderly mom with 1st floor room. Room was very clean, food offered at breakfast was more than expected (waffle maker, Microwave omelets, various pastries, cereals, bagels, several different juices, coffee, boiled eggs, etc..) Morning staff in breakfast area was very attentive, friendly and willing to help, immediately clearing empty plates and cleaning tables. Pool and hot tub area is small but just right, also has grills available if you want to cook out. Has patio area. Hotel is completely non smoking whick is ok with me. I accidentally left my cell phone charger after leaving--came back next day and the housekeeping staff had it in a plastic bag with room # and date left. My son loved it there, great location--close to many restaurants and mall. Staff at this hotel should be praised---would return again.
