The Best Western Zoder's Inn was a great hotel we were able to stay at while in Gatlinburg. We loved the breakfast, snacks and rec area. We really loved it that there was a place to play raquetball; that was so much fun. The staff was exceptional and very sweet to us. The only thing I was not pleased with was the size of the room. We had a blast!!!

Great pool and room by a babbling brook. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. We were not able to get our Wi-Fi to work in our room. The king sized bed needs to be replaced along with the pillows. They were not comfortable. The hospitality was excellent along with the complimentary breakfast, wine & cheese and cookies and milk. The inside and outside pools were great, especially the waterfall.

The Best Western Zoders Inn was very comfortable. It was close to all the attractions and the trolley stop was right outside the door! I liked the stream that ran outside the room. It made you feel like you were away from it all. The hotel staff were very friendly. The only complaint was they didnt tell us you could have coffee and fruit during the day. We thought it was only in the morning. Overall though it was great!
