The beds were very comfy. I was able to use the wireless without any problem. The amenities at the hotel were wonderful and I loved the town. Nothing! I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The staff recommended great restaurants and were quick and friendly. We extended our stay an additional day because of the hotel! I have to say that this was the first hotel that did not take our used towels and give us new ones, which we were grateful for. Usually hotels say they are going to be echo-friendly and the staff isn't.

We spent only 1 night at the Best Western Zion Park Inn and wished that we had planned more time for our stay. The hotel was clean,comfortable and a good value. The view was awesome.

Pretty views of red rock out of the high windows. The Best Western is a solid experience of comfortable and clean hotel without paying a lot. The swimming pool and hot tub was neat. The high ceilings were surprising. The pretty views left and right out of the windows added to the charm of the facility.

Best Western Zion Park Inn is within walking distance of the many restaurants and giftshops in Springdale, and a perfect distance for biking into the National Park. We visited in early December, and the outdoor hot-tub was perfect after a day of hiking. We were pleasantly surprised by how attractive, comfortable and modern the hotel was for the off-season price. We also enjoyed the sports bar--great fries and burgers!

Very close to Zion National Park. Great views. We've stayed here before, but this time wasn't as great. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly (dirty bathtub.) Was not stocked with usual toiletries (literally only one bar of soap and that was it). Otherwise seemed clean. A continental breakfast would've been nice seeing as restaurants are limited in this place during this time of year.

The location was perfect for just at the beginning of Sprindale at the edge of the canyons, good for future visits. If we would have stayed more than one night, I would have preferred down pillows and softer towels. I would suggest using this hotel for a shorter stay; it is a nice location if you have plans on doing a lot outside, hiking and viewing Zion. Location is very good for the view in the back of the hotel with the canyon behind it. Comfort is good for the price.

Pool and hot tub setting was resort quality. No restaurant in hotel; but one in the same parking lot. This hotel is at the entrance to Zion Park and the setting was breath taking. Restaurant and small grocery and liquor store next to the hotel. Would definitely stay again if there.

Very clean, courteous staff, beautiful views, convenient to Zion National Park. Restaurants and gas at Springdale were over priced. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, parking and security was not a problem. The town of Springdale was pricy on food and gas, but the Hotel was located close to Zion and has beautiful views, a clean pool and spa area.

It was the least expensive. The location was an hour away from our event. It was cozy and clean. The rooms were what you might expect in any city. If I had traveled to see Zion's National park it would have been the perfect place.

Fantastic views, convenient location, good architecture, pool and hot tub, restaurant and bar on site, friendly service. Hotel restaurant is mediocre. Service in the restaurant is amateur. Rooms could use granite in bathrooms, and a lighting consultant.

The hotel staff was super, and the location indescribable! The restaurant that was highly recommend (attached to the hotel) was overpriced and under quality - both food & service. How can you miss with a location like Zion National Park? During the "park season", the buses run from right in front of the hotel to the entrance of Zion (and then throughout the park from there). The pool/hot tub setting is beautiful.

Close to park, clean and well decorated. The interesting windows and roof in the room also worth notice. The hotel has several two-floor facilities. We lived on the second floor. The roof was not flat, but was complicated and structured with several facades (3 major ones). For some people, this may seem to lose the balance. But we liked it because it offered an extremely high ceiling and a triangular high window on top of the already quite big and tall window. So even in the far end of the room, you may still see the sky over the beautiful peak outside there. It felt good.
