We stayed at this hotel, the room was very clean. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the hot spa and the fitness center. In addition, we had all kinds of restaurants next door to choose from. We will definitely come stay over here again! Thank you!

Toilet would not flush and was not repaired. No consideration by hotel manager. Poor location, view of freeway, worried about safety of location, mattresses were old and worn out, room smelled of chlorine, breakfast area unkempt (no coffee in pot either morning), no maintenance on-site, front desk response to our inability to flush toilet, the manager said ‘you weren't flushing it correctly’, we were forced to use lobby restrooms for two days! No consideration offered by hotel for this significant inconvenience.

My family and I booked the room based on the price, area, and the pictures that showed a half-wall between the bed and sitting area as a "suite". We preferred a separate area, but whatever. We got checked in to our first room, which absolutely reeked of cigarettes and moldy carpeting. No wall either.... just an arch. The very nice girl at the front desk gave us another room, and when I asked, she said they have no rooms with half walls. Where oh where did those pictures come from? The second room was slightly better, as it didn't smell quite as bad. Even better than the rooms are the TRAIN TRACKS that run RIGHT OUTSIDE the rooms! They don't tell you that on the internet, either. Since the hotel is at an intersection, the trains blow their whistle every time they go by. Makes for such a restful night's sleep. The fridge and nuker are very small, as is the coffee maker. If you need a room for more than one night or with small children, look elsewhere.

The price. The floors were too thin and it felt like a college apt. The hotel was clean but not as nice as I had hoped. It felt like staying at a college boy's apartment. The price was reasonable. The location was great as far as convenience to restaurants and locations we visited, but the hotel sits across the street from a railroad. We were so close to the trains that our walls rattled and of course the noise woke us every time a train passed during the night--which happened more than one would think. Also, the floors were so thin that we couldn't walk freely in our room without disturbing the downstairs neighbors.

We spent 10 nights here and couldn't have been more pleased. Any potential problems were met prompltly by the friendly staff. 1.5 room suite, plenty of room. Will definitely stay again!

We checked in and the room was filthly, the pool was dirty and we only had an outside entrance. WE immediately checked out, got our money back and went to another hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.....
