Convenient to where we had plans. Parking lot was very small.

The stay was fair, noise level was a concern due to the traffic and the cleanliness was fair in the bathroom and sink areas, the beds were fair but clean. All other areas were clean. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. I did not care for this hotel the staff was very unfriendly and they treated their quest like common criminals. I not sure why a hotel with two beds only provide you with 3 towels generally speaking someone requesting 2 beds is likely to have at least 2 children therefore I feel hotels should put 4 towels to a room with 2 beds. I am not a thief and therefore do not like being treated as such and with a hotel that has a pool refuses to give extra towels I find that in poor taste. I paid for the service of being able to stay with comfort and not have to carry my own towels and then when I ask for extra towels I get told that I only need this amount. I have 2 teenage daughters with long hair and they can't take a bath or shower with just one towel they need one to dry off with and one to wrap their hair and it angers me when I ask for extra towels and they tell me I have more then I need. So when I speak to someone who will give extra towels and the lady that would not give the extra towels says loud and clear I have already given extra towels I find that extremely rude.

Hotel was very dirty with a horrible smell in the room that permeated my clothing. Very noisy rooms. staff was friendly but not very helpful.
