Value for Money?I managed to get this hotel for half price, but I would certainly not pay full price, there's no justification. The single room was small but comfortable, could have been more generous with the tea & coffee in the room, dressing table/desk was cluttered. I am always amazed wherever I stay and the amount that hotels charge for accommodation, why they can't carry out simple maintenance and repairs. The shower door was broken - why wasn't that repair befor the room was let?

Good room, good locationThis is a good location for a couple of nights away on a business trip or if you are unfamiliar with the area. Room is of really nice quality and staff are friendly and professional. Food is OK but if you know Manchester, I would go out rather than eat dinner in the hotel.

The reception and lounge/bar areas were very tastefully decorated, however our room was in need of modernisation, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was superb.

the hotel was a bit noisy cause it was on a busy main road and our window looked right at the mcdonald drive thru.

This hotel is conveniently situated for the City. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was adequate. The evening meal in the bar provided a limited chice but generous portions and was Ok. Breakfast provided a good range of continental and English and the servcie was helpful.

As expected and good value with a late dealVery convenient for Fallowfield (Uni campus) where I was collecting my daughter from. Worth booking the room with breakfast included otherwise I would have thought it expensive (breakfast).

I stay here regularly as I have 2 kids at Manc Uni and have had no problems. RecommendedVery comfortable beds but the bar cab be a bit pricey if you have a bit of a wine habit.

Stayed at the Willow Bank for 2 nights; very happy with the quality of service overall. Found the place quite clean, quiet, and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good -and even served decaf coffee!

The hotel is in a very good area, outside the centre of Manchester but easy to access by public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful particularly the cleaning and dining staff.The breakfast buffet comes highly recommended. The Feathers Bear is a very homely touch and would no doubt make children very happy.

hotel is good for central manchester. the restaurant service is poor, the first night i waited forty minutes for my meal to arrive, they then asked me if i wanted to order sweet before i had main course. the one positive is the secure parking

Very good, as always!I've stayed here many times and will keep going back as the whole experience is consistently good. pity about the car park charge now, but in total, it is still good value.

Stayed in an executive double room and was glad I was staying by myself as would have been too small for 2 people to share. Bathroom was very nice and room very clean. My friend had to have her room changed as hers smelled of smoke but the hotel were happy to do this for her.Breakfast was of a high standard with excellent chocie and service. Would stay here again if required for business

Best Western Willow Bank HotelThis is a good three star hotel with a friendly reception and very acceptable accommodation. My only slight gripe is that I was awoken by music / TV from the restaurant underneath my room at 6.50am on a Sunday morning! Shame that this spoiled my overall impression of the hotel.

Excellent hotel for business (free Wifi) and leisureExcellent quality accommodation and superb food. Wifi was a little slow, performance-wise, but at least its FREE!
