Before arrving with my 93 year old mother, I had two phone conversations with the desk staff, requesting and then confirming that we would have a handicapped accessible room. I was charged an extra 10 a night to get this room, but it was definitely NOT handicapped firendly. The one grab bar by the toilet was awkwardly placed. In the walk-in shower, there were no grab bars, no seat, no hand held shower. It was not possible for someone in a wheelchair to reach the shower nozzle and controls, and there was no way for someone with balance issues to stand up or sit safely. So it was impossible for my mother to use that shower. When I tried to take a shower, it flooded the bathroom floor, making for a very dangerous sitution. When I talked to the manager, he insisted the room had been certified as passing the wheelchair accessible codes, but he was unable to give me the name of the agency that had certified the hotel.. Nor would he refund the extra 10 I paid per night for this ridiculous set up. Definitely not recommended if you are traveling with someone who needs handicapped accessible facilities.

Very convenient location, very comfortable bed. The parking spaces weren't very clearly marked for each room. Very close to downtown, waterfront and major attractions. The bed was super comfortable, but I have to say the continental breakfast was a big disappointment compared to other Best Westerns we've stayed at. Overall, happy with our accommodations, and would stay here again.

hard to find when you exit the 401......bad air conditionning unit.....uncomfortable pillows...air-cond was needed on the second night,realized at 1:00am it was not giving cold air,was told at check out manager would get in touch with me.....5 days later and not a word yet.....expensive for what you get....i expected much better for the price i paid

Good breakfast. Thin walls, can hears people in the next room. Nice simple motel not far from the water or town. The breakfast offered all the food our kids enjoy.

This was a nice clean motel in a quiet location in Brockville just on the Eastern edge of downtown Brockville. The pool wasn't heated but it was warm enough.

It was close to center of town and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing to dislike however it is basically a motel, no bar and little ambience but that is to be expected for this price. Clean motel-style hotel with bare bones basics close to center of town.

Quiet location, nice breakfast area, adequate parking. Access to it, had to call on same day for cot. Within sight of the St Lawrence Seaway, in quiet location, with professional staff, the route to the hotel is somewhat confusing.
