Beware to those travellers who, like me, were enticed into booking "Oversized room with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Sofa Beds". We arrived at the hotel only to be told that they don't have such rooms in their hotel. Said that they have had previous problems online. We were instead given a choice of 1 room with 2 Queen beds and a free roll-away, or a slightly larger room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. We chose the second, due to the size. Other than that, the hotel was just fine. Good meals at the restaurant.

i stayed with my husband on our trip to edmonton our stay was just perfect food was great, staff was very friendly and helpful and just couple minutes away from the west edmonton mall which is a bonus.

First room we stayed at there was no heat, second room we moved to had dirty sheets, and didn't get replacement sheets until midnight.

The room was larger than I had expected. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was smiley and helpful. No perfumey, skin irritating detergents were used. The resteraunt was small but it was well polished and the food was fresh. The location says downtown, if you want the commercial downtown (shops, resteraunts) then it is, but the buisness area downtown (offices) is a good bit away.

I discovered in my room .05 in pennies someone had left, some candies and a whole lot of hair. Hair in the tub, hair on the floor and hair in my towel. The shower dripped all night, the tap on the sink was broken. All furnishings had been vacuumed around. Dust on the clock radio. Paper and plastic cups and no phone book.

I feel when I went on the internet and seen that this was a 3 star motel it would be very nice. It was terrible and I was disappointed arriving in at 10:00 pm Will never stay again.

At first glance, the hotel was very nice looking. Really liked the location. Given the wrong room; food still in fridge from previous persons; waited over 30 min for restaurant service. I was thoroughly disappointed in the over-all performance of the staff. At check-in, two people were attending to the line up; then one left (break time?) and left their partner alone to deal with the crowd. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. We stood in a line up for almost 25 minutes just to be seen. Then our check in date was incorrect on their computer system. Our room was supposed to have 2 double beds and a couch. It did not have the couch. We had to gather our belongings and move rooms. In the new room, there was still food in the fridge from the previous people. Now we wonder how clean the remaining room was. Our friends checked in a few hours later, with the same food in fridge issues. the room was permanently hot. We needed to have the window open and AC on all night. AC was terribly loud. Breakfast there was a joke! Waited 25min for coffee/tea service. There were 4 kids between our two families, and still no quicker service. I had to walk up and ask for service! By this time we had been there 1 hour. In the midst of all this there were only 4 other tables, and ours, with 9 was their largest. The food came out almost 35-40 min after ordering pancakes and waffles. It was cold and eggs benedict had to be sent back. We were all outraged at the quality of service and food, that sign boasting about a new chef, should serve as an embarrassment to the chef. I will not ever return, and will make sure that my friends steer very far and clear from that atrocity.

They are under construction and many of the amenities were not available to use, like the hot tub and steam room. The location of this hotel in proximity to the West Edmonton Mall, our purpose for visiting, was wonderful. We had an easy time checking in and out, and each time that we had a question the staff was helpful and courteous. The beds in room were extremely comfortable as they utilize the memory foam toppers; there was no hard bed to sleep on and that made our stay very enjoyable. Although the on site restaurant was overpriced for the food selection that they offered, it was available and open during most of the day, making it easy to find something to eat if you didn't want to travel.

Close to the Mall. Rooms were gloomy. Staff always busy. Hotel noisy. Cheap and reasonable. But there were a lot of trashy people making noise at night. The staff were always busy. It took forever to speak to them. The room was dark and gloomy, and the decor dated. But it was close to the mall and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and anything I asked the staff for was eventually taken care of.

The Jacuzzi room was nice. There is no security. The hotel workers were very nice. The walls were very thin and could here everything in the hallway. Two stalls away from the door our car got broken into. There is no security and would not recommend.

I like how big the rooms were. I did not like the hot tub not being in the same room as pool. The hotel is very nice, good location. The only problem I had were lack of knowledge with the staff, and the pre authorized way my credit card more than once with out permission.

Close to attractions. Restaurant - steak undercooked. Everything was okay - nothing either exceptionally good or bad. Staff was very accommodating though we received a substantial discount at the restaurant because of our steaks being undercooked.
