We made reservations through an online website which we paid for and received a confirmation number. When we showed up to check in, the hotel attendant told us that they didn't know about our reservations and they were booked. They basically told us to go to the another motel which was 3 times as much per night. I think what happened is they quoted us off season rates not realizing that Labor Day was later than normal this year. When they realized their mistake, rather than eating the loss they told us to take a hike and rented out their rooms at in season rates. We found out as we were frantically trying to find another motel that this hotel had done the same thing to many other people that night. Beware, the owner of this motel is only concrened about making a buck and they will screw you if they have the opportunity.

The front desk was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was great, the location to the park was superb, and the hotel was recently renovated.

Good location. Good value. No indoor pool. Laundry no longer avail. The laundry was no longer available. Breakfast was bagels and cream cheese only. Shower drain handle was broken.

The Best Western at West Yellowstone was a nice surprise. The Suite was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom and a queen bedroom! It was everything a family of four would want. We wished we could have stayed longer than the one night we had planned. The rates include continental breakfast which is more like a full breakfast. The breakfast room is kind of small and all guests come for an early start, but you can take your breakfast items on a tray to your room if you don't wish to wait for a table. The town is very cute and within walking distance to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value and reasonable rates.

The manager was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. His first word to us was "welcome." Unfortunately that's unusual. The synthetic bedspread. I prefer double sheeting and natural materials. This clean, fun, and comfortable modern motel helps you get into the Western Spirit. The hot tub is called the "Westin Geyser" -- a nice touch especially since nearby Yellowstone Park forbids geyser bathing. The hotel has free wireless and also a computer you may check your mail on. The room was spacious, cheerful, with all the comforts. The staff is outstanding. A great base from which to venture into Yellowstone Park.

Micro and fridge were handy, pool/hot tub were warm enough to swim in, even at 9:00 at night. Hotel is across from large park with playground. Front desk recommended Canyon St. Grill which was terrific food. Grocery store a few blocks away from hotel.

It included everything you could need. The staff was more helpful than any hotel I've stayed at. The maids would knock on our door very early in the morning. I chose this hotel, based on location, free breakfast, hi speed Internet and price. I thought it went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was my favorite part. They would help in any way they could, whether it was giving us breakfast, helping us with directions, recommending places to eat, things to do and see. They were very personal and attentive. I would definitely go back there.

Thes Best Western Weston was very nice. The office was a little bit difficult to locate, but once we did the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and everything was close to shopping and restaurants in West Yellowstone. Check out was also very easy.

This nonsmoking motel was quite clean. We appreciated that the staff really tried to go the extra mile in keeping the continental breakfast stocked during rush time. We were disappointed in the pool and hot tub. It was full of flies, and closed early due to the weather. It was sprinkling, but there was no lightening, and my family would have enjoyed the hot tub.

Few blocks away from the Yellowstone National parks west entrance. Very close to shops and restaurants. Rooms were great, my room had a small refridgerator, small microwave, iron with stand, hair dryer and a coffee maker with the required supplies to make at least 2 cups of coffee.
