Provided refrigerator. Swimming pool was dirty. An ok mid-priced hotel in a quiet part of town. Nothing fancy but clean.

The was very polite and kind. The pool was not working and did not know when it would work again. The staff at this motel was very nice. Bathroom is very small, but the room was updated. Nice small fridge and microwave. Stayed in an outside room (not near the indoor pool), parking right out front the door. Free Limited breakfast, but nice to have to start the day. Stayed only 1 night as the pool was not working.

Very friendly front desk person when I arrived at 3:30 in the morning. No bad comments. It was what I expected. This is a basic hotel located north of downtown Vernon, but just down the hill from the Silver Star Ski Resort. Nothing fancy, but inexpensive restaurants are close by, the rooms were basic, but just fine, the staff was very helpful even at 3:30 in the morning. If you are looking for a basic, clean and inexpensive place to stay this is it.

Not at all. Towels were not clean. They were black in color. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told since we didn't show up on 7/6/07; they had to charge us for that night. Sharon was the lady that was on duty at that time and her attitude was terrible. We showed them our reservation was for 7/7/07 and checked out on 7/9/07. She refused to help. We had to stay in the hotel lobby for about 30 minutes. Before we could talk to the general manager. It was a terrible experience for us.

The pool. The hooker who called on us at midnight. Beware; You get what you pay for. The sheets were clean and that is the best thing I can say about this unit. The A/C was loud, the towels were thread bare, the bathroom was moldy, and the carpet in the room was dirty.

The towels were threadbare and there weren't enough pillows. The breakfast was a little sparse, if we would do this again, we would likely bring our own breakfast and find a cheaper hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big. It was hard to close the bathroom door if you were already in it, the bathroom was so small.

The indoor pool facility. Small, cheap looking and smelly rooms. This is an old motel that has been refurbished but still has a mix of new and old furniture in the rooms. Rooms are small and still smell of cigarettes in some cases. We had to ask for a different room because the first one smells so bad. Tub was not well cleaned. Everything was cheap looking and did not meet the expectations of staying at a best western. The continental breakfast was very limited and served the cheapest things possible. This certainly does not meet the 2.5 star rating it was assigned. It is a 1.5 star at best. The 0.5 extra being for the nice looking indoor pool.
