this hotel was 15-20 minute walk from parliament hill straight line.another main street was running parallel to our street.it had easy access on/off major highway into ottawa. it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms were comfortable and well arranged. Hotel administration staffs were not thorough and made several mistakes with our booking. Hotel itself was great, however, the staff were not thorough with our check in, we were told that we must check out, when our stay was arranged for two nights and discussed with staff at our check in. I was in Ottawa for the race weekend and I had to disrupt my rest in order to go to the front desk to show my paperwork to prove that I was checked in for two nights. This damaged the reputation of the hotel and staff for me and my spouse.

Nice staff. very quiet rooms. nice maid services. had no prolems. good continental buffet breakfast. allowed me to extend my stay by 2 hrs as my flight departed later than their checkout time.

The suites were large with 2 TVs and a kitchenette. The breakfast wasn't added bonus especially when traveling with kids. The 24 hr store came in hand. They could extend the breakfast hours a bit. When traveling with teenagers it is hard to get them up for breakfast by 930 when they are on holidays. Great value overall!!!

This properity is an excellent value for the money. The rooms have many ammenities that more prestigous hotels in ottawa dont have. Rooms feature free internet, heated washroom mirrors, micorwaves, mini fridges, in room vault, and dinner settings in addition to the standard bed, tv, and work desk. The oreo cookies are a nice welcome although they are not replaced after the first night. My one complaint is that they charge $10 a night for parking in their underground lot.

Room and bathroom were neat and clean with fridge and wirless internet. Nice breakfast included. Parking costs additional $15. Within walking distance of Parliament Hill, Byward Market, museums etc. Overall, good value and would stay again.
