The staff are friendly and courteous, rooms clean and spacious, and the location is convenient to SUNY Potsdam, where my conference was held.

Location. I expect more than a motel room with a fan/AC that sounds like a tractor-trailer.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean; the staff were all friendly and accomodating. There were two large groups of high school and middle school students staying at the hotel the night we were there, and it was very noisy on our hall until after 10:30pm, apparently due to a lack of adult supervision. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant!

For the price I would expect breakfast to be included, even if only Continental Breakfast. Hampton Inns can do it with cheaper room costs. Not bad, but for the price, you need to include breakfast. Hampton Inns & other similar places do it for lower cost & still have a great breakfast. It's not that tough. Next go-round, I will probably not stay here & look for a place with breakfast included. Maybe the Comfort Inn up the road.

Out stay was accomadating, the staff friendly, the room was an average hotel room. The location was convienet to suit our needs.

In-house bar with good food and drinks - pretty view of golf course from restaurant windows. Homes fries were cold. This is one of only two hotels in Canton, NY to accommodate three colleges. Owned by St. Lawrence Univ it houses many traveling sports teams. The other hotel does not have an onsite restaurant.

It was clean and well-maintained. Easy to find. Our room was too small (2 small children). Indoor pool would have been nice. Overall the hotel was fine. The staff were nice and accommodating. It was easy to find. I wish they had an indoor pool.
