Could not fault them - very helpful with a small baby in one of our rooms - except they did charge us $25 for the cot which most other places provide free. Only told about this upon check-out

Rooms are good but bathrooms very small. Restaurant is only average and we ate out most of the time. Personnel are friendly and helpful.

Great location close to Carlton restaurants and city. Spacious room, and quiet for the location (always expect some traffic noise in inner city accommodation, and our room was overlooking the street). Friendly helpful staff and great to have parking included.

Comfortable accomodation at a resonable price. Appreciated the location, close to Lygon St Restaurants, Royal Exhibition Hall, Museums and transport.

This hotel is no longer the good value it used to be, although it does include parking which makes it attractive for regional visitors. Rooms vary but most are spacious; some have intrusive outside and traffic noise.

The smoking area around the pool created smoke drifting into no smoking rooms and generated a lot of noise into the late hours. Smoking needs to be relocated and a curfew placed on the pool & surrounds to stop noise, possibly 10:30pm cut off(not 1:00 to 2:00am)
