We liked the size of the rooms and it was so clean. We did suggest that the tub was quite slippery and perhaps they should have a bar in the tub. We were very pleased with our accomodations and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is probably newly built and nice inside but there is nothing around or close to it. I felt unsecure at night. The hotel is the only building on the exit and no restaurants, gas stations or anything closer if you want something late night. I was even afraid to walk out after dark. Next time I will stay in Ludington which is just 15 minutes away.

The Best Western Pentwater was an overall nice experience with a adequate sized pool, fitness area, and dining room. I was dismayed, however, to find the blanket on my bed had soil on it and,there was no tissue in the holder in the bathroom. I did complain about the blanket and, when I recieved no clean blanket within an hours time, I recalled to discover that the clerk had taken the replacement to another room. Other than that the experience was pleasant as it was reasonably close to the attraction we were planning to attend. I would stay there again as these minor inconveniences do occur at times.

Great hotel off the Pentwater exit, right off the US31. It is new, only 3 years old. Very nice comfortable rooms, great continential breakfasts with doughnuts, waffles, cereal, fruit. 15 minutes away Ludington. All non-smoking!!!

Cleanliness of the hotel room and the entire property was marginal. All the windows need a good cleaning. Pool area very poorly ventilated. Should add an open air patio and some open windows to bring the temperature down in the pool area. Maid service tied up my room for an hour even though they knew I wanted to use it. I would not book rooms here again.

I loved the curb appeal and the numerous fountains outdoors and indoors. Aplace to dine. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would recommend this to anybody.

It was a great surprise at what seemed to be out in nowhere. We loved the hotel and enjoyed the pool and spa. The beds were clean and comfy. We would come back here anytime we were in the area. They told us the hotel was four or five years old, but still looked like new. Very clean and comfortable large rooms.

It was one of the best in a long time. Very nice. Bed cover was even washed and clean, excellent staff, no charge for extras. Recommend this place to anyone at anytime. Very nice decor, weighting room and even a place for kids to fish. Clean and modern.

It was new, attractive, immaculate, nice staff. Noise in the tile hallway at 4:00am. Great place for family or couples, close to highway and to access a Lake Michigan Beach. Immaculate, large rooms, a great place for the money.

Breakfast and location. That all our pool toys were stolen from the pool! It was nice and affordable, clean. We liked that it included B-fast. Very dissappointed that our pool toys were stolen.

Appropriate decor for the area, convenient, clean, & nice rooms. Only have entrance/exit doors on both end of this long structure. Nice landscaping and decor make this motel above the usual with friendly staff and clean rooms.

I loved the Tortoise display. I have never seen anything like it in a hotel before. I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would most certainly stay here again, and plan to in the future.

The room was very clean. Maid did not clean room on the second day/ nothing was done to correct problem. Nice and clean hotel. One odd thing is the center of the hotel has an atrium/pond that holds 7 huge tortoises. The hotel itself, not the rooms has an odor such as an odor you would smell at a pet store. We smelled it when we first got to the hotel, but could not figure out where the smell was coming from until later when we noticed the tortoises. The hotel rooms are very clean, but I was a bit disappointed that when I told the front desk on the second evening that our room had not been cleaned, and nothing was done to correct the matter.
