Great prices on food. Afew broken items in the room, i.e. shower head and rack.

The room was clean, the front desk staff was efficient and polite. Nice pool area. Comfortable bar/lounge. Comfortable walking distance to the downtown area.

Very nice and clean hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if in Grand Forks. The hotel was clean and had been updated for the most part. Much better than a 2 star hotel we stayed in a couple of night before.

Stayed here for a weekend, in April 08 for shopping. Hotel is under construction. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool, hottub had alot of kids, and wet towels around. Did not know there was dining in hotel as when I went in, it appearred to be a lounge with gambling. Was later told I had to go sit on the upper deck by the pool area and someone would come out to serve us meals. Other than asking you would not have known. Had trouble finding the hotel. Arrived at night, drove by it twice and when asked for directions was told it was renamed but the signed had not changed. Overall, I would stay here again for the price. The front desk staff were genuinely nice. The room was clean and comfortable, Shower was hot. Had a 2nd floor poolside room, which quite quit despite the kids pool party.

I liked the openness of the pool area and quiet rooms. The restaurant inside was smoky, and outside it was by the pool. This hotel is an older hotel that has been maintained. It has quiet rooms, lots ofTV channels, fridges, microwaves, coffee makers and hair dryers in the room, and the staff are efficient. It is not close to the main shopping areas, however, it was only about 10 minutes away.

"Well, I believe you are not a very understadning person. Im sure you do not realize how much work they put into that hotel to make the customers happy. Im sure they closed the pool early for a new policy to keep stupid drunken people from drowning in the middle of the night. And be more polite. Your very rude and messy people. Thank You"

Quiet hotel, friendly staff. No breakfast.

On the Thursday night the manager closed the pool area at 10PM . At the pool area there was a sign saying that the pool hours were from 8AM untill 11PM inthe hotel booklet in the room also stated the pool hours were fom 8AM untill 11PM when I asked the Manager about this her answer was that the sign and booklet would be changed . This did not sit well with me because the reason I chose this hotel is because I enjoy using ths pool area at night Also I found the hotel to be run down and not very clean I travel to Grand Forks 3 or 4 times a year and will never stay at this hotel again

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful. Convenient breakfast didn't get that.

Reasonably priced, very accommodating. While the hotel is on the older side, it is reasonably priced, and for the most part pretty clean. The mini putt golf was a great change for my kids. The pool/lobby area was nice and very open. The chlorine smell was a bit high, but when you have to keep a pool clean with multiple users, it is understandable.

Good location andfriendly staff. No hot/warm water for shower in a:m. The room was clean, but smaller than I imagined it would be. Also, it was near the pool area, but did not allow access to the pool from my room, but I could hear the noise of the people in the pool in my room. When I tried to take a shower in the morning, there was no hot water, or even warm water.

The hotel was very attractive, with a more upscale feel, and beautiful pool area. The entire hot water system went out about 1.5 hours before checkout. The Guesthouse Inn is very attractively decorated with a beautiful lobby and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the beds were firm with nice pillows. One bad problem, the hotel's entire hot water system went out 1.5 hours before checkout, so I shaved with ice-cold water, and skipped my shower since it was about 10 degrees outside.

Location to major route, restaurant and pool area/clean rooms. Nothing. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, as a matter of fact I already have.

Freezing cold room. The room had a draft coming through the wall that was unbelievable. Asked for something to stuff under the in-the-wall heating/air conditioner and the hotel staff couldn't find anything to give us. Heater kicked on and off every 30 seconds to 1 minute - no exaggeration. I would not recommend this place unless you sleep in a parking!

Alot of things to do-golf, pool, restaurant, etc. without having to go anywhere. Staff was not helpful, tried to call front desk with no answer, key wouldn't work, etc.

Nice pool area & bus to hockey games. We stayed here while in town for a college hockey game at the Ralph, and really liked it. The pool area is nice, and the bar/restaurant is pretty good. Although we didn't use it because we had a designated driver, we also saw that they provided a bus to the Ralph for the hockey games. We would like to come back to Grand Forks for hockey with a larger group, and we'd almost certainly stay at this hotel again.

Nice pool area with miniature golf. Beds a little lumpy. I was surprised when I walked into the lobby area and saw what a nice pool area they had. Easy to get to the University.

My family enjoyed the pool and the commons area. Allowing dogs into the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the pool was clean and well-kept. The game room could be updated, but over-all we enjoyed our stay.

It was quiet and comfortable. Some confusion on check in and check out by staff. The hotel was great would like to stay another time when I could stay longer.
