Date of Stay: January, 2009

Stayed in October and left a pair of earings in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they said will hold them till we get back from trip. We get back and they say they did not find earings?? Took over a week for the manager to call me. Will my friends stay there any more? I don't think so!! Lost alot of business - Still waiting for a call from the manager after he talks to the cleaning lady - this is now November.

The hotel is a great value. The best attribute would be the bed, it is clean and very confortable. The place is quiet and perfect to spend the night by the airport. Shuttle service is excellent, very punctual..

Friendly hotel staff. Comfortable room accomodations. Great location near highways. Noisy at times with current hotel rennovations under way. Hotel is a great place to stay in terms of location, amenities, and price. Suitable for business traveller or family with children. I would stay here again without hesitation.

My husbad and myself have previousely stayed at this hotel, and the hotel looks amazing. they have done some incredible renovations. Everything from the rooms to lobby has been changed for the better. The staff was incredble, they were very helpful with any enquiries we had. I rate this hotel a 5/5, and I highly recomand this hotel if you come visit Toronto. I will definatly come back again.

It is a little far from downtown Toronto, but much more affordable. 30-60min drive depending on traffic conditions. Rooms were spatious and comfortable. Evening front desk staff was not terribly helpful when we checked-in, but other staff were cordial and helpful.

I thought we would be safe going with a brand name hotel and we have enjoyed staying at OTHER Best Westerns, so it was very disappointing that conditions were poor at this hotel. Cutting corners and band-aid fixes were evident throughout and the only reason we didn't find somewhere else to stay was the fact that the bed was comfortable even though the sheets were wrinkled and not even tucked in. This experience has made us cautious to stay at other BW.

The hotel staff was not friendly at all. Never made eye contact when I was coming and going. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned excellent everyday other than the staff it was a good time.

Good place for the price but you'll need your own wheels if you want to go downtown but still worth the price difference. Staff were very accomodating and friendly.

The only negative comment would be the lack of parking. I think people in the area use up their spaces.

The hotel's dinning was horrible, the food tasted disgusting and ended up leaving the restaurant. However, the hotel room was amazing. The beds were extremely luxurious and the pillows and duvets were excellent. Sauna was great, the whirlpool was amazing and the pool was also great. Also, there is not much nearby for food or activities.

The Hotel is Good, close to the main Freeways to go to Toronto, the pool is excelent !!! after You walk all day in the Toronto city is good to be in a pool like this. If you usual to drink some beers, that is bad, because the liquor store is like 15 minutes from there, but the Hotel is comfrotable....I will back again...!!!

The hotel was very full the night I stayed there and guests were noisy in the hallways--a situation that would not always be true. It was very convenient for what I wanted, which was an easy place from which to get to the airport first thing in the morning. The free shuttle was terrific and staff was very helpful.

A bit far from the airport, shuttle doesn't run often, I was made to wait nearly 1 hour before being picked up. Otherwise mediocre and best avoided. Surely there are better options.

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is quite close to the Toronto airport, but still the room was quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was welcome after long travel. The staff were friendly and helpful (though the front desk could use an additional staff person at busy times). With the GoodBuy price, we found it to be an excellent value.

The front desk actually rang us up on our first night there to see how things were!! Very pleased with the guest service!! Would definitely stay there again. Always choose BW when possible!!
