The Best Western is within a short walk from Arnold's Ferry service, exactly what we were looking for. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Walls are a bit thin as there was some noise coming from next door. Breakfast was another plus. It was a step above the normal muffins and bagels similiar places might offer. We'd stay again.

The Best Western Thunderbird was fine. It was crowded with car enthusiasts when we got there and at times, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Breakfast kept running out and the hot tub was well, tepid. But the staff was all very nice and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The table and chairs in the room made it mroe comfortable and the motel is close to downtown attractions but significantly less expensive than those across the road.

Looked good from the outside but unkept on the inside. The room had not been vacuumed, 3 lights were burned out and the internet was poor. Breakfast was very good and ample supply of everything.

Our room smelled like urine, the tub was dirty and the water got stock. you could feel like the room didn't get properly clean. and the tub was very nasty.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location is close to Mackinac City making for a nice vacation. The price was great considering the Fourth of July holiday.

The Best Western Thunderbird was disappointing. The hot tub was barely lukewarm. The beds (in both of our rooms) were damp, and the rooms in general had an unpleasant odor of mildew. The restaurant was actually a little room that had breakfast available from 6:30-9:30am only. It was not open for lunch or dinner. On a positive note, the kids loved the swings and playscape, and found the pool to be very inviting. The location was ideal for us, as we were going to Mackinac Island during our stay, and it was very close to the Ferry.
