Great place to stay if you are planning a trip to Fenway. Right across the street from the T and only minutes from the park with no traffic. Got in early morning and they allowed us to leave our vehicle there and we caught the T into town until check-in. Also no charge for parking and it includes a continental breakfast. That saves alot. Would stay again.

Clean, quiet; parking; decent breakfast; everything worked Difficult to spot; not really on street it purported to be on We stayed one night while attending a college reunion. Room was comfortable and adequate in every way, much like the hotel rooms of chains in London and Paris though a trifle larger.

Very helpful front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations for guided tours/attractions/restaurants. They even made a special effort to greet our child every time we were in the lobby. They were wonderful!

Location, parking and staff were great. The wireless internet was terrible!

For the first time in 50 years, a mouse in the room! We moved within 5 minutes, but still disturbing to say the least.Otherwise, it might have been very good but for details: coffee pot not cleaned, bedsheets not tucked in, 10 min. wait for breakfast coffee, etc. Staff was quite friendly & helpful.

Clean; nice location; nice staff. This hotel met my needs as a single traveler very nicely. The location was convenient and the room was nice and clean. Nothing fancy, but a nice comfortable bed in a clean, spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was definately the best deal in Boston. The service was FANTASTIC and we enjoyed the full kitchen in the room. Great for families.

Quiet for in city; garden-like outdoor area. Convenient, comfortable city hotel that blends well into the residential nature of the neighborhood. Free parking if you bring a car. Friendly staff.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was way more than on the continent. The rooms were adequate and well maintained.

The loby staff was very nice. I wish they had more internet stations + the wireless access wasn't available.

This was a neat, clean facility with a microwave and fridge in the room. The free breakfast was simple but adequate. The parking was an added free treat.

The room was excellent! Great shower, clean room, convenient microwave in the room, etc. The street noise but that is not the hotel's fault - it is a good location and with that comes street news. Excellent! The front desk clerk was very pleasant, the room was spotless and very comfortable and breakfast was wonderful!

Noisely unsafe. The young man that was working the late shift was a very nice young man.

Convenient location. Heat did not work. Was repaired each day of my stay. Heating system shot. Either on and 100 degrees or off and 40 degrees.

Reminded me a lot of the spare bedroom in my in laws 1920's vintage home. They have a very nice home in a desirable older neighborhood in Philly (mainline). So while not opulent, it was plenty nice enough!

Good shower. Well kept grounds. Excellent value. Not the most convenient location, but still ok. Public transit available. Rooms were well cleaned and bed wascomfortable. Well kept grounds and friendly, helpful staff. The location was a bit out of the way, but in a safe neighborhood. A couple good restaurants nearby. The hotel was an excellent value for the price I paid. I would stay there again.
