when i travel on business to boston this hotel is close to everything and a good value for the price

Location for business work in the suburbs. Bedding, carpet and general room needs to be up scaled. Bedding is much in need of up grading. Carpets in room need to be replaced. Door locks were not easy to use.

rooms clean but 'tired'. Staff friendly for the most part & helpful. Located about 20 min. west of Boston which was reasonable considering the price. Pool small but most hotels in the area did not have a pool. Good breakfast in morning (don't forget your ticket!!). Restaurant is actually a pub - expect bar food.

The hotel was very nice but it was not easy to get to boston at all. Had to take a cab to the green line. The price was good and had nice rooms

Location. Pool was not operating dirtiness of hotel no shower handles or locks on outside sliders. Staff acted as though they were interrupted from reading their book when I checked in. The first room did not have a handle on the shower and she said she could teach me how to run it. I am not at a hotel for lessons I am there to relax.

Was there for the 2008 Boston Marathon. Rooms very clean. Housekeeping staff really on their toes. Beds comfortable, breakfast just ok. Wireless slow but read it's slow all over Waltham. Quiet at night for the most part. Not far from I-95 and Mass Pike.Driving distance to to Riverside train station (the T). Front desk people always very helpful! Made all the difference. Best tip, Eat at Naked Fish up the street!

Best Western TLC in Waltham was conveniently located off major highways and easy to get from there to the city of Boston, without the rate of Boston hotels. It was easy to find, room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was a bonus. I would definitely stay there the next time I visit Boston.

On site restaurant and proximity to interstate highway. Rowdy bar in restaurant, breakfast mediocre. Hotel is right off main highway. Rooms were average size, appeared clean. Wi-Fi internet connection in room was slow. Guests also have internet access at a desktop in the lobby. Service good. Restaurant off lobby is convenient with continental menu and reasonable prices. Bar section loud both nights I stayed.

Needed a quick place to grab some sleep on business travel. Got a room across from the vending machine. Room was clean but tired. Bed was okay, shower was less than okay. Continental breakfast offerings were good but again, the "Terrace" dining area was like something out of 1975, I kept waiting Mike & Carol to come around the corner with the Brady Bunch in tow. On the plus side, the staff was welcoming and really friendly and there was plenty of parking. I'd stay there again in a pinch, but on the opposite end of the hall from the vending maching. There is no shortage of hotels in that area so you may want to look elsewhere.

The rooms were very spacious with a balcony facing the nearby woods. One of the best feature being Restaurant & bar located in the lobby.

Bed was comfortable. Front desk short-staffed; took too long (1/2 hour) to check in, had to return to complete. Bed was comfortable, only + thing to say! Check in process took way too long, person unfamiliar with how to deal with pre-paid room check in, got 2 rude calls to come immediately to front desk to sign something for them! Continental breakfast was lacking any spark of creativity; room where it was held was dingy. The room had slide-open door for fresh air, but no screen to keep out bugs! Bathroom had no vent and was tiny.

three of us stayed here in november visiting colleges with our daughter. great location, so close to everything including boston. room was very clean, bathroom was nice and the staff was very friendly. would definately stay there again.

We were visiting Boston and sightseeing for 4 days. We selected this hotel because it seemed to be a good value for the money. We were more than pleased with our stay. The rooms were spotless, the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was not far from the T so we did not have to drive into Boston but could easily take the train.Whenever we asked the staff for directions they would produce a written copy for us. They also map-quested a site for us. The continental breakfast was great and gave us a good start for the day. The staff was also helpful in recommending local resturants and supplying us with directions to those.I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Convenient. Cut dated furnishings and decor. Good enough for a one-night stay, but definitely not for a longer stay for enjoyment. Sleep in the clean beds, deal with the jet-sounding A/C/Heat units and leave after the complimentary breakfast.

Pool. Elevators needed maintainence. The hotel was very clean, and overall, staff were outstanding. Our son left his security lion on the bed one day when we went out, and it got rolled into the bed linen. When we returned and could not find it, I called the front desk to see if they had come across it anywhere.

Good bed. The room was very noisy, close to elevator. This room should not be used for guests or rent at half-price. The hotel itself is nicely made but besides comment under 14 the staff was not very attentive, did not inform me that a package arrived for me.
