It was clean and spacious. Staff was very unaccommodating. The hotel is decent. Clean, spacious, and conveniently located. It is well situated within Osoyoos, central and quiet. The hotel staff seemed quite nice.

Pros ? Rooms have been update. The fabric for the comforter and the drapes were nice and tasteful. The room was a very nice size. For a standard room, there was a lot of room to move around. Cons ? Wireless Internet was available but you have to sign up with a wireless Internet service to get access. At over $ per night, I would have expected that the service came with the room rate. We travel extensively and have stayed at many value hotels at lesser rates with the service included.

Clean room with good restaurant and hot tuband pool. Great place to stay with a good but not great continental breakfast (toast, bagels, donuts, cereals, juice, coffee and tea). The location is good on the main highway through town a few blocks from the water right next door to miniature Golf and other amusements which looked awesome for little kids. It was closed when we were there so no further information. Osoyoos is a very sleepy town at this time of year but there could be some good golf packages available now. Quiznos attached to hotel was closed while we were there.

I don't know where to begin with this. Had stayed here in 06 - nice time; nice staff, restaurant, it's what took me back there. Not likely to ever stay there again after my visit in Aug 08. Checked in late, with guaranteed reservation - reservation had been released, some sort of hotel policy I wasn't aware of - and I've never heard of - even though I do a fair bit of travelling. They scrambled to find me a room - accomodating this way, however very inconvenient. Room turned out to not have a kitchen due to their releasing of original room. Breakfast Room was a disaster. Messy tables, staff seemed rude and stressed, huge lineup - no flow to the room. Finally found a table and as I say, it was messy, not pleasant. This place was not this bad last time in July 06. Staff seem to be all new, apparently it has undergone a "management change - not an ownership change"; this appears to be all for the worst! After all this, cancelled the rest of my stay - thank g*d it wasn't fully pre-paid. Huge lineup at checkout - rookie staff (understandable), but the manager or veteran employee showed very little empathy for the problems I mentioned re room being released etc. I didn't mention the patio outside room; looked very dirty, lack of care. Housekeeping personnel appeared to be all new, and were "cold", unfriendly - not like last time. Restaurant is now some indian restaurant - used to be a nice restaurant there. Very disappointed with how it's run. Don't think Best Western would be impressed if they saw it this way. Avoid this one if you have to, until they get act together.
