Nice location, clean room andamenities okay. No good public place, breakfast is bad, hotel room could be spacious.

The hotel staff was pleasant. My only problem was that the tub did not have a slip-proof mat and the tub was very slippery. I called the front desk and the attendant went to check a couple of other rooms. She said that they did not have a mat either. I never checked with the housekeeping staff, but it seemed odd that there wasn't a mat for the tub.

Quiet, close to shopping, and conveniences. Pool area needed upgrading. Friendly and convenient for my traveling needs.

15 minute drive to the falls was the only somewhat downside of our stay here. Breakfast was continental but sufficient... staff was very helpful...pool was perfect...rooms were clean and comfortable. Located near a great ice cream place called DeDee's! For the money, this place is hard to beat and we would return!

Location. Bugs. The price of the room was not worth the quality and size of the room. There were bugs in our room. I will never stay there again!

First of all, the sheets were stained and the blankets needed washing. I believe that there was bodily fluids on them. The sink was clogged and the water pressure in the shower was close to non-existing!! The hotel towels were as rough as sand paper and I found long dark hairs on them. At best, my son enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Thanks

Nice pool area, nice continental breakfast, and great fitness club. Not in an attractive area. Hotel is nice, friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Nice continental breakfast bar. Room was sufficient and clean. Fitness club is great! The surrounding area of the hotel is fairly depressed, not very attractive. Hotel is 15 minutes or so away from the Falls-easy drive; 25 minutes away from Buffalo.

"I read the reviews before booking and was somewhat apprehensive. From the time we walked through the front door everything was great. The front desk lady was friendly, answered questions and got us checked in with the travel booking paperwork very speedily. The room was very clean, quiet and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

Nothing. Its not clean, dirty hotel, unfriendly staff. it stinks. The hotel stinks, it has dirty and probably used towels and linen It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. I did complain about smell that came all over to the hotel staff, they said they can not help it. I requested for a room freshener, it never worked, when I asked whom can I complain about it, I got a response that it does not matter who I complain, they can not help me. They said, if I can not tolerate the smell I should check out, please note that It was mid night that time, with young children. I t was a very bad experience. The smell was so bad, I was not feeling well in the morning.
