The stay at this hotel, overall was really nice. We had a few complaints, in which we took up with the front desk clerk about other teenagers staying at the hotel, but what can you expect from a hotel close to the beach...it is bound to get a little roudy. The pillowtop mattress was really nice on the king size beds, very comfortable!

Very nice rooms, friendly and courteous staff. Lighting at the rear entrance parking lot. Large spacious clean rooms, quite and secure. The full breakfast was nice, but could use more tables and chairs. Lighting in the back parking lot was minimal so we opted to park up front and carry our stuff to the room.

My family was there for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly and curtious. Rooms were clean.Breakfast had decent choices. Pool was small but had shade from trees. The location was good since it was on a main strip and easy access to the beach although about 10 miles away.

Great location and the room was very romantic. The fitness center left alot to be desired. This hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the Mall, right around the corner from a Starbucks (which is always a plus). The breakfast was hot, even later in the morning. The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping staff was amazing.

Very friendly & hospitable staff! Nothing. Arrival and check in was effortless and we felt welcomed each and every time we arrived during our stay. We will definitely return and tell our family and friends! Thank you!

The staff at Best Western Suites in Panama City went above and beyond in the fact that we had to check out of our condo at 10:00 and could not check into the suites until 3:00. They allowed us to bring some of our luggage over and they but it in the office for us until our rooms were ready. By the way the rooms were ready at 2:00. The staff, and I mean all the staff, were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the pool. We certainly will be staying with you again if we are in the Panama City area.

I have stayed at this hotel before a few summers ago at that time it was a great place to stay the hotel up keep was very good service was great. This past visit was not so great I found out they now let pets stay in the hotel and It just wasn't clean as it used to be. I will be looking for a better place to stay on my next visit to Panama.

The work out room was not usuable. The staff was not informed on how to use the keys for the work-out room. The rooms were out dated and mostly clean.

The Best Western Panama City was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and very nice to sleep in. We also enjoyed the garden tub, it was very relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits there.

Cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Desk employees did not stay upfront very often. The overall experience was very good except that no one stayed up front at the desk very much and at check in time which was in the afternoon, had to be rang by the bell several times until someone showed up. I think that finally, someone other than the employees saw us trying to check in and found the help for us.

I can't come up with anything. The wireless internet did not work, there was loud construction work going on the entire time at the hotel, the toilet was hard to flush, hair in bath. The first twelve hours, I called the front desk twice and the technical support for the hotel three times letting them know I could not get internet service neither of them helped me at all. When I took a shower there was hair in the tub and the shower curtain would not close. Also the next morning very early there was sawing right outside my window and this continued throughout the day. The toilet stopped flushing and because of the housekeeper not showing up until after 3:00 pm at which time she walked right in without knocking or anything I eventually went and got my own toilet paper.

The air conditioner was great. worked well. Did not have a laundry room. Was a decent place for the money. Pool was not well kept. Our family would stay there again.
