Received great advice about the area when checking in. The room was large, especially for the price. Had everything we needed. The location was awesome, lots of stuff nearby. Plus, the downtown area was fast and easy to get to.

The location was great and there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Nashville area.

Convenient to the Nashville area and the room had a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was not in good condition. Overall, the hotel was clean and met our expectation.

The hotel was in a great location for our General Jackson riverboat ride, Opryland, & Nashville zoo. Easy access to major roadways was very convienent. We would stay again.

The room was large. The tiles around the bathroom needed scrubbing. Overall a pleasant experience. Decent area of town with several choices of eating places and shopping nearby. The room itself was spacious and well maintained except for the tiles in and around the bathroom. If they got a frequent scrubbing, it would be near perfect. The floor tiles between the bed and Jacuzzi were streaked with dirt and the spaces in between the tiles needed attention.

The rooms here are actually nicer then the Gaylord Opryland, in the same location, and were quite clean and comfortable. Plenty of Restaurants nearby, easy Interstate access, and just a pleasent experience. The only downside was the pool was out, and there was no hut tub or fitness center that I could tell

It was conveniently located to most activity and very clean. I would stay there again if I return to Nashville. I felt safe. Everything was clean & modern and it had all the amenities that I needed.

We had a pleasant experience at Best Western near Opryland in Nashville , Tn. We had some trouble with our car and the employees helped us get someone to come and take care of our problem. They were also helpful in giving us directions to places we wanted to go besides just the attractions. I would be happy to reccomend this Best Western to my friends and family. The room was comfortable and clean. I also liked that it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast offered a good variety.

The room was really pleasant and was clean. The elevator was a little slow other than that no complaints. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Nashville area. Located within a short driving distance of many attractions and easy access to freeways and highways.

This was the best place I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was just awesome. They were very friendly. They didnt offer a shuttle to LP field, but the guy at the front counter, sorry I didnt get his name, went beyond to call some people that did. I couldnt really rate the ammenties since we didnt use them and it was too cold for the outdoor pool. The beds were very comfortable and got a great night of rest. I would recommend this place to anyone that stays in the Nashville area.

The shuttle was very convenient to go to downtown. Some of the hotel staff seemed to be uneducated and somewhat unfriendly. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location and shuttle downtown that ran until the bars closed.

This Best Western was one of the best we have stayed at. The room was very comfortable, and we liked having the water closet separate from the vanity area. The location was very good -- it was really only one long block to the Opry Land Hotel with all of their amenities, and there were other restaurants even closer. Shopping is close by and they offer a free airport shuttle from Nashville International. You can pick up tours from the lobby and the continental breakfast is more than one would expect. We definitely recommend this property to any and all. Enjoy!!!

The waffles were amazing! No bathroom ceiling fans to vent. I thought it was okay. The complimentary breakfast waffles were A-mazing though! The beds were pretty comfy too, along with a quiet atmosphere. The hotel met our needs, but it was just average - nothing fancy by any means.

The hotel was really close to Opryland Hotel and a few choices for dining. In close range to a great mall. The breakfast was decent but you could never find a place to sit down.

Good value for location, next to Opryland. The fitness equipment was all broken. The breakfast was just ok. The rooms in this hotel were great. Spacious, comfortable, clean. The fitness equipment was unusable, and the breakfast was more of a snack, not a meal.

Nice large suite room with refrigerator and microwave plus a bar sink. Only 5 minutes from Opryland. Very reasonable rates for where it is located.

Close to where we wanted to be. Room across hall from laundry. It was okay. Not enough breakfast choice for continental. Easy to find. Staff wasvery helpful. Couldn't get temperature regulated in room, either too hot or too cold.
