We made a quick two-day visit to Knoxville to visit relatives. We travel a lot---and---I am not fond of staying in hotels. However, after saying that, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on a budget who wants to stay at a decent place that doesn't overcharge, underperform and under clean. I researched hotels in the Knoxville area---and---looked at all the reviews online. This hotel is worth the money---and then some. This Best Western is right off I-75---which made it very convenient to get anywhere we wanted to go. The staff members we encountered were very polite and helpful The hotel is right across the street from a Waffle House and 60 seconds from a Starbucks and two or three gas stations. The hotel also offers a nice breakfast with the room. Orbitz also had an additional 10% off for a two-night stay---so---it worked out very well.

Good location off the interstate and friendly staff. Pool was not very clean. Nice hotel for the money, easy access to the interstate, and restaurants. Rooms are okay, but star level should be a 2 star.

We stayed here on our way to Hilton Head SC. It was very clean and the rooms were very big and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will stay there again. The employees we encountered were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very good with fresh waffles, french toast and sausage along with breads, cereals and fruit. Very nice for the price. Would recommend it to anyone.

Room was very large, with 2 sinks (one in bathroom, one in room). Very clean. Indoor pool. Breakfast included several hot choices (waffles and egg sausage biscuit sandwiches). Every empolyee we encountered was pleasant. Price was very reasonable. A much better choice than the Hampton next door! (We stayed at the Hampton at the beginning of our vacation and cancelled it for the return trip home).

I needed a place to stay during a relocation move. I had my 15-year-old dog with me. I was happy to find a reasonable, pet-friendly place!

It was clean and comfortable. I missed having hand lotion available. There was only 1 towel at the pool but there were 2.

This hotel was perfectly adequate to our needs: comfortable, clean, good breakfast, adequate Internet access. We didn't make it into the pool, but it looked nice. Decent neighborhood with a grocery store and many restaurants nearby.

Pleasently suprised given the 2 star rating.

was able to change room after getting there to accommodate us for the non-smoking room compared to the smoking they had given us. Staff friendly and asked to help in any way they could. Would go back again! Room was very comfortable for four people.

Good breakfast and clean sheets! The swimming pool was a bit small and overheated in the room it was in. Met my expectations!

This hotel was clean, well decorated and had a nice free breakfast but when we saw the pool we were let down. It was very tiny.

We had to clean out the bath tub before we could use it, it was just nasty. There was still garbage in the garbage can, underneath the can liner. I hope this isn't usual practice, but it definitely soured us to the place.

Nice large rooms with a cozy sitting area that includes a sofa bed. Good breakfast selection with fresh fruit and orange juice.

Great location, very clean, nice breakfast, very friendly staff.

The Best Western Knoxville was very comfortable. The clerk and other employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge suite with a sitting area including a couch that pulled out to make a bed if needed and a chair along with a writing desk. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair drier, iron & ironing board. The bathroom was adequate along with a vanity sink outside of the bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was a favorite of the kids. A continental breakfast was served each morning. The breakfast was a variety of hot and cold foods, coffee and juice was available. Restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel. Downtown Knoxville was a short drive away. All in all I would recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again when visiting Knoxville.

Room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. The hotel looked old from the road and this was deceiving. Our room was very comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and well laid out. Internet was fast and worked seamlessly which was important to us. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient, overall very nice and the rooms were very large.

Excellent breakfast bar. The wireless internet in the room was slow.

It was very clean. The room was old, things were very used. This hotel is a OK place to stay for business trips it's close to most parts of Knoxville, TN. The room I stayed in was rather old but clean. I would stay here again.
