Location was great. Dirty silverware, dishes counters. Once I got past cleaning the counters which were just dirty, cleaning coffee in the sink, wiping sticky glass rings off the table, food and lipstick off the silverware, I traveled to the bath to see what looked like tooth paste still on the counter from the previous guest; I was able to get clean towels and relax. This was not our first stay and wasvery disappointed in the cleanliness of the room this time. Apparently housekeeping was having a bad day.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and were very pleased with the kitchenette area as well as the newly remodeled bathroom. Pull-out bed was OK, the bedroom bed was really comfy, and it was nice to enjoy the little patio from our room. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was GREAT. Freshly cooked egg omelettes, sausage and lots of other choices. The crib we requested was in the room when we arrived which is a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops - it's a little farther to walk to the harbor, but still not bad. A great find.

Funny smell, construction work, front desk uninvolved andinternet didn't work.

I found the staff - front desk, Restaurant and Housekeeping to be very polite, friendly and helpful. I found it a very cosy hotel.Would definitely stay there again.

Kitchen, suites. Several blocks from the center of town, but shuttle was available.

We had booked the house which is on the hotel site several months in advance, but our reservation was cancelled with less than a month before our arrival. Although we had 12 people, we were offered an alternative that only housed 6. We had to scramble to find something suitable. Better have a back up plan if you go through Best Western!

Superb location; quality and excellence in the layout - very functional. The staff was very cooperative with requests and promptly filled! Will recommend future stays in hotel to friends, etc. The slogan: Quality--job one applies. We appreciate your attention to details and the customer's enjoyment. Keep up the good work!

The size of the suite was like a small apartment, very spacious and accommodating. The plumbing was horrible! Period, fix the plumbing! The food at the Peppermill was sub-par for the prices they were charging. The beer line for the Kona lager needs to be cleaned the beer had nasty flavor. The room was excellent and very spacious.

All rooms are suites set back from the hall so the bedrooms are quiet. No shower curtain liner only fabric, light bulb burnt out. Things not done. Terrific for families. Quiet on the first floor with patio facing little used road, but I did worry about security since withoutAC we left the window in the bedroom open. I'll ask for a second floor suite next time. Property was clean and well landscaped. I'd stay there again with my family. Breakfast was just okay, but at least it was free - good waffles, though.

Large room. Hotel seemed a little worn. Pull out couch didn't not appear clean. The bed in the room and the hotel room itself was fairly clean. The pull out bed however, was not. I had an allergic reaction from the sheets or bed on the pull out couch. Please be aware for future travelers who stay at this location.

The rooms were beautiful. My wife loved the down comforter on the bed. I was really surprised by the elegance of the place. The restaurant was a little pricy and really not that good. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very romantic, the fireplace in the lobby was beautiful. I was surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast. It was above and beyond our expectations.

The lady at the desk, whom checked us in was helpful & knowledgeable & freindly. The breakfast was surprisingly great. Waiter in restaurant was inattentive. He was trying to do 5 things at once and not doing any of it well. The rooms were very clean. The fireplace in the lobby was romantic. The night desk lady went out of her way to help us map out a very beautiful and eventful day. The weather was better to enjoy the big outdoor Jacuzzi.
