This was our first stay in Knoxville. We did find the hotel clean, but somewhat dated. I believe for the price, we could have found a better match for our needs. We will know to look a little closer at the fine print!

Location was good. Slight smoking smell even though I was in a non-smoking room.

Because we have two small kids (including a 1 year old that needs milk), we required some place that had a refrigerator. We generally do the Residence Inn because it is rather roomy for us, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Their definition of "suite", though, is different than mine. I think of two separate rooms and this was not the case here. However, there was a "sitting" area w/ ample room to move around in and consisted of a pull-out sofa-bed and a chair. There was also a desk in this area and a taller dorm-like refrigerator. It was perfect for us. The pillow-top King bed was an added bonus...those are the best!!!!!!!!!! The front desk employees were friendly (total truth to the statement "southern hospitality") and everything was spotless. We had quiet evenings....no noise around us (although I am sure you can get the "wrong" people next to you anywhere). Breakfast was an extended "continental", I guess you could call it. It had your cereals, eggs, sausage (there was meat on that bar!), pastries, waffles, toast, coffee, OJ, etc. The area can be a little congested with everyone going at one time, but other than that...I have totally no beefs with this hotel. NONE. Very very close to the exit to take you to Gatlinberg, as well. For the price, you can't beat it...at all. I've underestimated Best Westerns and am glad I allowed my husband to book here!

We were given a handicapped room when we arrived, which they said was only one available due to some group gathering. At least it had a king and a chair w/ottoman. Room was pretty good for price, not outstanding value. No meat on breakfast bar, but OK other than that.

The room was clean. There was not an adequate amount of hot water. I was very disappointed with this selection. The room was not as I expected. There was virtually no hot water and the entire third floor smelled like smoke. The air conditioning unit was very loud and the wireless access did not work.

Fabulous breakfast. No dislikes. The staff was great and very knowledgeable about the area-recommended a restaurant within walking distance-that was wonderful (we celebrated my parents 52 wedding anniversary). The breakfast was great and the server stirred us to a gas station with a car wash and was more that hospitable. Thank you for a great nights stay and we will be back on our future trips to NC.

Fitness facility and pool were nice. Hotel is fairly new. Most of the shops and restaurants were 10 minutes away. Very nice, especially for the price I received. It's at the high end of the star rating.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking, large Asplundah trucks blocked a whole lot. Clean, quiet, and convenient off the freeway. Parking was a challenge as large trucks blocked parking on my first night stay. If it had been raining, it would have been an unpleasant trek to the lobby. I will stay there again in the future.

Nicer than expected for the price. Staff was friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping. A previous guest got a spot of food on the TV screen. Housecleaning missed it throughout our stay. This hotel is close to the interstate and easy to find. It's within 10 miles of the Knoxville Convention Center and it was pretty easy to get there in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and common areas arevery clean. I would be happy to stay there on my next visit to Knoxville.

Hot breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Great location for traveler. Hot breakfast was nice in the morning while watching the morning news on the flat screen TV in the lounge. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked for a 3 star accommodation, but building was clean.

Immaculately clean, modern look, comfortable bedding. Nothing, it was great. The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 40 amongst many places to eat, gas up or grab coffee. It's great for the traveler driving long distances. The place was really up to date and included cloud nine bedding e.g. down comforter and pillow top bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
