When I arrived the clerk first said they did not take re my reservations from Cheaptickets. After i insisted, requested the manager who apparently was out directing traffic, showed my confirmation, they "found" my reservation in the canceled file. She stated the credit card was declined. They had available rooms but would not honor the rate I had received on Cheaptickets. At this point I was too embarressed to do anything else but accept what was available and guess what? The very same credit card they said was declined paid for the room. The manager never came in, they are paying manager pay for parking attendants apparently. The room was very nice and convenient, however I have never been so embarressed. It ruined my trip.

Staff was flexible when my dad wanted to pay for our room as a gift. Both rooms were very clean. No bugs, carpet stains, odors or any of the problems you sometimes see in high volume motels. Breakfast was hot and delicious. All staff was efficient, friendly and professional. Maid service was timely and they looked after us very well. Landscaping and pool were both well taken care of. Although it is an older motel, I haven't had a better stay anywhere in Hot Springs, and I've been going there for over 15 years.

Not the best, but not the worst. Ran out of towels and had to wait for awhile to shower. Bed had buttons on mattress that made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, clean and the air conditioner worked great!

The Best Western Stagecoach Inn was centrally located for our purposes and we liked the convenience. The only problem we had was that the showerhead did not work and we had to take baths instead of showers.

Loved the convenience to every thing. Couldn't get the air to work at a perfect setting. The staff was very friendly and the room were clean would consider staying again.

The hotel is located between the old section of town (tourist locations) and the new sections great places to eat. With the location directly across from the race track, the parking lot is also used by people going to the track which makes it difficult to park when the horses are running.

The bed was not comfortable. The room was ok, but a little pricy. The breakfast that came with it was not good. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very very nice. When no where else to stay, it was an ok place, just wish not so expensive.

The desk assistant from Munich, Germany. She was very helpful and invited us back and told us of the upcoming remodel. The bed was so hard that we checked out after one night and went home. Poison ivy growing in the flower beds where we parked near the room. The hotel was clean and roomy and I'll stay with them again after the remodel. The beds were just too hard and we really didn't sleep at all. Breakfast was lovely. I will try them again.

We went to Hot Springs to watch the horse races, this hotel is the BEST place to stay if that is your whole point in going. It is located directly across the street from the track; very convenient for those that would rather walk than to pay for parking. The rooms were clean & the staff was very personable. The only problem I think we ran into was the exhaust fan not working in one of the bathrooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are going for the weekend to watch the horse races.

The Best Western was a pleasing stay for my husband and I. It was a very conveniant stay with all the amenities they had to offer and being right on Central Ave. we were close to nearly everything! My husband enjoyed the fact that they offered cable t.v. and actually had lots of channels! We had the pleasure of eating a complitmentary breakfast before checkout the next morning. We hope to go back in the near future :) The only thing I would request is having more friendly staff on hand. Their wasn't any welcoming staff that we met and I don't believe I seen any smiles-which really helps after a long drive!!

I liked its location; I was able to meet my destinations easily. I really can't think of anything that was unpleasant. This was a fine hotel and the staff was extremely friendly.

Convenient Location. Carpets cleaned while! Backup to your door; ease of getting in and out. Another advantage: smoking rooms!Disadvantages: Sometimes noisy. Bar nearby with motorcycles roaring up the street late at nite, especially in the warm weather. Contractors in big diesel pick-ups make a lot of noise and smell. Watch out for door dings with these big ""dually"" pickups. There are newer hotels southend of town at marginally higher prices. The Best Western is a compromise I can live with. Good job of trying to keep the place in good condition. I would stay there again.

The location was good. It was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The room decor was old. All in all, the Best Western Stagecoach Inn was in the idea location. It was not far from Magic Springs and Crystal Falls Amusement Park nor from the Lakes. The area of town it was located in did not appear to be in a bad neighborhood so I was not all that worried about the safety of my family or my car. For the most part the staff was very friendly and willing to assistant.

This was my first trip to Hot Springs and this hotel was great it was clean and very nice inside cause we passed a lot of hotels before we found this one it was well worth the price. I will recommend it to others. There are some real bad ones in Hot Springs but this one was great. Desk cleark were very friendly.
