Date of Stay: June, 2009

I went to Omaha for the College World Series. It was an extremely busy time for the hotel, but each member of the staff I came in contact with seemed to go out of their way to make me feel like I was the only reason they were there. Shuttle was great ... front desk staff made homemade chocolate chip cookies on Friday ... breakfasts were good and the shuttle drivers let you know the safe areas to walk or not walk.

Breakfast, business center with printer andgood parking. The area seemed questionable, there were a lot of homeless people lingering about. This is an older hotel, but comfortable and quiet with easy highway access and good parking for a hotel in a downtown area. The staff was a little short at times. We were given the incorrect room at first, but the problem was corrected promptly. One time the staff person called the room to apologize for being short when I called to ask a question.

Room carpet was dirty. Room was very dark. Only one of the two elevators was in service. Parking lot has warning signs about the hotel not being responsible for thefts and break-ins. Local neighborhood appears to be in transition and did not feel safe.

The room was clean, the staff was very freindly and helpful. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was very reliable getting to and from the College World Series safely. The price for the hotel was very fair compared to other Hotels in the area that are farther away and do not offer shuttle service.

Overall experience, not bad, just not what I'm use to. My overall experience was pleasant, the rest of their staff was friendly and helpful, except one will cause me to never return to that hotel again. I did speak to someone there regarding her attitude before I checked out, and was told, this wasn't her first complaint. She should not be allowed to work with the general public. Especially in this type of business.

The staff was very friendly and the motel shuttle drivers were great and willing to run you to town for a night out or just down the road to the store for a snacks.The beds were comfortable with nice down pillows and comforter. Its value priced for what you get although beware because value priced can always bring low class visitors. My first night was quiet and I slept so sound but the second night was very disturbed by loud mouthed drunks in the adjacent room.

Orbitz screwed up and failed to make the hotel reservation. Despite booking this trip 6 months in advance Orbitz couldnt seem to the get the job done. Although we were provided an Orbitz confirmation number, when we arrived the hotel didnt have our reservation. The hotel manager was great! She contacted Orbitz, made arrangments for us to get another room and was very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely stay in this hotel again, but will stick to online vendors other than Orbitz for future bookings.

The hotel was great except the phones were down and we couldnt call room to room or the desk. It was very close to Omaha airport and they came and picked us us there. Very nice. I will definately stay again if I come back.

Easy access to Creighton U. and the downtown Omaha area. It smelled a little bit smokey in the hallways and elevators were slow. There are really no bells and whistles to this hotel but it appeared clean and functional for anyone visiting the downtown Omaha area.

"Hotel boasts a recent remodel but beds were just double not queen. TV was small and no pay-per-view service. Well equipped fitness room but no hot tub or pool. Front desk could not be reached from the phone in our room, and could not give me the number for a Pizza Hut in our delivery area . I had to make three tries from subsequent calls to have a pizza delivered Hotel had a wonderfully delightful woman taking care of the continental breakfast. She was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast area was well supplied and clean despite a busy weekend. "

"Overall, I was happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was great and seemed clean, other than a few crumbs on the couch. There was no pool and the fitness center was pretty old (I decided to cancel my workout). Very friendly staff, and very easy to access from I-480 exit."

Nothing. Nothing. This was the worst experience I ever had. There were several events going on in Omaha, NE that day at the Qwest Center and I was lucky to get a room, but ended up in Council Bluffs at a Quality Inn! I had three persons in a room and ended up with a single room with the extra expense of a roll a way bed!

"I went to Omaha for work and took along my wife for a long weekend. This hotel was recenlty renovated and the room we had was great...the duvet covers were a nice touch. A free hotel shuttle drove us to the Old Market area where the better restaurants and shops are located. Overall, the hotel was good and the employees were very service oriented. I would return."

Wanted location close to Qwest Center for concert; this was further away than expected and there were other choices much closer as I discovered upon arriving. Bathroom amenities left much to be desired and efforts to correct were slow and ineffectual!
