It was a wonderful hotel. The staff was nice and the breakfast was tasty. There was a lounge in the hotel. The pool was closed for painting. I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I just wish the pool would have been open.

When we first pulled up it looked like it had some wear and tear on the outside. I was skeptical but once inside was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was beautiful, check-in was quick, room was spacious and clean, pooland spa were nice size with pool towels, and the hot breakfast wow! (Free morning paper too) Anyone who is traveling through Roswell and you need a great night's sleep this is a must stop place.

Very close to all the local attractions. Why renovate the swimming pool in late spring? June is a great time to swim. The hotel overall was nice, but the breakfast was not quite as nice as it could have been. With the temperature 95 why did they choose to wait so late in the spring to renovate the pool.

Nicely appointed room, good linens, liked separate sitting area separated from bed. Not enough light sources or too low wattage, too dark. We definitely got our moneys worth, good value for what we paid on Priceline.

We checked in for one night on July 15, 2006. The clerk was friendly and fast. The room was immaculate and non-smoking actually smelled like a non-smoking room. Beds were comfy and the A/C was perfect. Pool was clean but on the cool side. Hot tub could've used a little cleaning..other than that..perfect!

Big rooms. Hallways smelled of smoke, from cigarettes. Based on the write ups for the Best Western, I though I was in for a real treat. Maybe we got lucky, as the room was big, clean, and hadWiFi access. The pool and hot tub were nice, the workout room was small, but would work if you needed it. The hallways needed cleaning, as they smelled of smoke for people smoking. Other than that it was worth the money, and rated correctly.

The desk staff was helpful and friendly. First non-smoking room had smoke smell. Chlorine smell in lobby from pool. Chlorine smell from pool was very strong in lobby and hall. Hotel definitely need renovation. Pool area had plastic hanging from ceiling, maybe due to leaks in skylights. AC and heat unit ran all night even though we turned it off. Ceiling in bath was chipped and stained. Had 2 sinks but towels and soap in only one. Rooms were clean and desk clerk was helpful in changing rooms due to smoke smell in first non-smoking room. Breakfast buffet was good and wait staff wasvery friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast. The suite we stayed at was nice, elegant and clean. The carpets in the common areas seemed dirty. Also, I was surprised there were no elevators. Excellent hotel to stay at. Has all the amenities with the exception of Wi-Fi. (They did have DSL cables, though). Good hot breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The courtyard area looked nice and the general appearance was okay. We were stuck in a smoking room. I really was not pleased with the ability to adapt to our needs. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Poorly maintained. Property is in need of renovation. Room furnishings were adequate but the physical plant is failing. Exercise room was a joke. Laundry facilities out of order. The restaurant was filthy. We stayed five nights and there was no sign of management. Front line staff was friendly but poorly trained. This property will not survive as is with the newer product available in the area.

It was just ok. Our room was by a backdoor-loud all morning and evening. I would not recommend this motel and would not stay there again. There are much better options in Roswell.

Convenience, restaurant and bar in the hotel. The room had a weird smell. The hotel had some updates in the common areas that were nice, the room updates were ok. Overall, we had a good experience.
