Folks even remembered us from months before due to our car plates. Great at helping get around the area too. Great relief with clean rooms from where we had come.

The hotel staffwas extremely friendly and helpful. Our experience at the hotel was top-notch. The hotel staff were knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was convenient to attractions at lookout mountain and only minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Overall we had an excellent experience and I would recommend the hotel to others.

A pleasant surprise. Very courteous and friendly staff. Hotel appears to have been recently remodeled. Good place to stay for sightseeing around Chattanooga. Just a few minutes from all major attractions. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh every day. We were there 3 days. Housekeeping was excellent and staff was some of the best we have encountered and we have traveled most of the US. Breakfast was about average for this class hotel but the food was fresh and the breakfast area extremely well maintained by the staff including cleaning the tables after ever guest finished eating. I will definitely stay here on future visits to Chattanooga.

Desk attendants were very helpful. The mattress was much softer and comfortable than most hotels. The hotel obiously had extensive remodeling( but had old entry doors with horrible paint jobs and air leaks around the door seals. The breakfast was good. The shower had very good pressure. The heating/AC unit obiously was old and very noisy. They took care of most details very nicely, but missed badly on a few things.

This hotel needs major improvements. Our room was infested with ants. The front desk seemed very unsympathetic to our problem. This hotel should be closed for renovations.q

Rooms were very clean with a very nice selection of amenities - refridgerater which was relatively large for a mini, microvave and good counter space. Very comfortable and reasonably priced, would definitely stay there again.

Free breakfast was good. Better than where the rest of our group stayed. Staff was friendly. Room was what we needed. When we accidental shorted ourselves one night on the reservation, the manager handled the matter personally.

The hotel room was very old and needs new decor. A major renovation job needs to be done. My room was infested with ants!!!! The front desk showed little concern for my problem.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff. Nothing. Free breakfast includes toast, donuts, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, juice, milk, coffee, waffles, biscuits and cereal. Served for 3 hours, 7:00 am-10:00 am, daily. Very nice and helpful staff on duty. Pool was closed during this trip due to the season.

Close to interstate and downtown. Breakfast menu is always the same. A little variation would be nice. We have stayed here several times. Beds are good.

Clean! Very good continental breakfast. Staff was great. The room, etc. was typical for a 2 star hotel with average amenities. However, everywhere you looked it was sparkling clean and well maintained. You could tell the staff, management, etc. takes pride in their hotel. Good staff. Would recommend this hotel.

It smelled fresh and clean It was difficult to get out of the parking spots. Too close to the wall This was a nice, clean, fresh-smelling hotel. I had no problems with registration or checkout. The free breakfast was ample and well-stocked. All employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful. They were out of area maps but did manage to find a brochure with a small map on it.
