Central location. Needs updated. Was please with the distance from downtown and uptown. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking lot was verysmall.

The hotel was great but the extra fee for the valet parking was kinda silly since we had to go and get our own car.

Very clean. Nothing bad to say. A few minutes after, getting into my room, the hotel manager called and personally welcomed me. Very clean and smelled great! Had a large desk in the room which was great to use.

Location, nice room, nice bathroom with Infrared Lights, nice restaurant. Check-in, front desk staff. Hotel clerk was incompetent and impatient in dealing with customer.

Room was clean, housecleaning staff very friendly, bed was very comfortable! Stay was great, the location very convenient.

Decor was beautiful. Valet parking wasn't necessary, but we weren't given an option. The valet did not lock the car! Way nicer than we expected. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. It was a couple blocks away from our destination. Blankets and pillows were down though, so very hot for sleeping.

Cheap price, good location and located close to my friends apt. Too dark, feel a little bit old. Too less parking spots. Good to choose for students like me that can save us money! Close to the subway and t banks! Very good location!

Good location, not far from public transit. Nice neighborhood. Rooms are too small for a family staying a number of nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to public transit. (bus) A few blocks walk to subway. Shopping and nice restaurants available a few blocks down on Younge Street. Pool is outdoor only, fine for the hot months but a little chilly once it gets cool and rainy days when the kids need to stay inside.
