Not clean, sitting at desk working on computer and dozens of little black ants start biting my foot and legs, jump up kill ones on me and call the front desk.....he said I will move you to new room bring all my luggage to the front desk and he will move me. No he never came to see the bugs and after bringing all of my bags to the front he moved me to the room right beside where I was, so drag all bags back. No real concern very poor customer service.

For the price it was a very good deal. I would stay there again The kids across the hall were too noisy! But that wasn't the hotel's fault. The room was comfortable and we got a very good rate thru priceline. I would stay here again. It's a very good basic hotel for both individual travellers and families. Hotel had a generous continental breakfast (cereal, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt and waffles) and good coffee - always a plus! Very nice diner across the street.

Not far off rt 80 in Denville ,NJ . It was a pleasant surprise when I reached my room to find a large newly refurbished room with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the pool area . The bathroom was large nicely lit and clean as were the bed along with sitting area . It had all the amenities I look for such as coffee maker , micro wave and safe .... I would stay there in the future .

The bathroom was lovely, the bed was comfortable. My bedspread was stained, the bathtub slightly smelled. Overall, good motel. A few little glitches here and there, but a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was helpful and always had a smile on their face. They did not shovel the sidewalks when it snowed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to rockaway. The staff was more than willing to help with any and all request and did so promptly!

Easy to find and close to everything. Old styling, needs updating. The room was nice, styling was outdated but ok. Needs to be updated and landscaping could use some help. Overall very nice.

I liked the room layout. The continental breakfast was very minimal, with plastic ware (not silverware) and cold pancakes that needed to be microwave. This was an excellent hotel for my stay. It was mid-sized, comfortable, and had the amenities I needed, such as access to the internet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was located near the freeway to NYC and near friends and family.

Convenient to a diner and to highway. Not super convenient to where I needed to go in the area. They seem to have renovated since I was last there. New paint and things seemed cleaner/better/more upscale than when I was there last. The breakfast was a little disappointing this time as compared to last time. Maybe I was early or late, but only coffee, some corals and cold (toast able) waffles. I recall more being there last time (1-2 months ago). my room had a big bed and a sofa couch. All very comfortable.

Very nice buffet breakfast. Would be nice if the beds were queen sized (at least one of them). Very nice breakfast buffet with fresh food, fruit salads etc. Clean and comfortable. The two double beds were a little small.
