It was nice only room energy power went off when you are out of the room so when you come back room is very hot

The staff were great. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. I was very pleased with our choice in hotel. It was excellent value for money. It exceeded out requirements.

The hallways are unairconditioned. The rooms are austere but clean. We had two small beds. I am 6 feet tall and my feet extended off the bottom. Pool is small. Location is dangerous. They charged us for ice. Would never recommend this hotel to others and would not stay at it again. This is barely a 2 star.

The Rio Copa Hotel was in a very convenient location a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the Rio Sul Plaza with great shops and a great food court with good food and good prices, they had a great breakfast included, the people were very helpful, and the cost was acceptable although I think I'd look for a little less expensive hotel in the future. The room was very clean and nice. The water in the shower was powerful and it had hot water which many of the hotels in Brazil did not have.

I was not impressed with Rio Copa Hotel location. The rooms are clean, The Breakfast is OK, it looks like it had better days.
