Spent the 4th of July weekend with an old college friend for a girls weekend...room was very small, bathroom was very outdated with the sink in the shower/toilet area...I've never seen this type of footprint for hotel bathrooms and I've seen my share of average to high end hotels. Parking after a night out was horrific...no spots available leaving the valet parking as the only option. Hotel staff would not permit free parking in the valet section even though they could not accommodate all of their guests who preferred general parking over valet..for the price of the hotel per night, very poor. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better room presentation and plentiful parking in the same general location of Disneyworld. One positive is that the room had a balcony...being on the 9th floor was a treat with fireworks lighting up the sky no matter which direction we looked.

The room was very spacious, close to Disneyland, and had excellent shuttle service. The towels were not very soft and the comforters could be nicer but overall everything was excellent! The staff is knowledgeable, the hotel is in a prime location, the rooms are large and include a private balcony! The shuttle services they offer to downtown Disney are very helpful as well.

In overall the hotel is good, it's very close to any Disney Theme Park and the Bus service is very punctual. The Cleanliness have some room for improvement but it's not bad and when we called the housekeeping service it attended our need inmediatley.

First Bus to pick you to go Disney world. Note that 1 bus goes at 2-different parks only, the second bus goes to the other 2 parks. Then it goes to the other 2 hotels, then straight to the parks, every half hour. Friendly hotel staff. We had 4 in a family, they gave only 3 towels each. I had to write a note, then it was good for 1 day. They still gave 3 towels only, even i place tips on the bed. I gave up & let it go. The toilet was leaking sound, i wrote a note. was fixed next day.

Pleasant pool, great room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Really great location. Perfect for Disney travelers. Wonderful for families! Perfect for our family weekend at Disney. We really appreciate the Disney Buses, truly a luxury to tired parents!

We stayed at the best western lake buena vista. We upgraded to the disney view and were on the 16th floor. Fireworks over Magic Kingdom then Fireworks over Epcot. You could not beat the view. Although the room was average, it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was very good. And the transpotation to all the parks is free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but get the disney view!

Nothing much. Outdated and old rooms needs painting, no refrigerator, no bathroom locks, dirty shower curtains and old and rusted shower.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible, our first day we checked in and noticed that our air conditioned was broke. So we called the front desk he told us to keep messing with it, it was hanging from the ceiling. He did not offer us another room or nothing. Then later that night we noticed the tv was doing a buzzing noise. So the tv wasnt working. the price I paid for this hotel was not worth it. I wasnt offered another room nor a discount and Im very unsatisified with my stay. also. they have a car rental place there that i rented my car from and you can only drop the car off there you cant get a rid to the airport what sense does that make?

Check-in was a breeze. Friendly service. We were given a room with a broken sofa. The hotel changed our room immediately. We were told guest services had a welcome packet for us. When we went to guest services, we found out it was a time-share pitch. When we told them we were absolutely not interested, they persisted. After assuring them I wasn't interested, they were not as friendly and there was no welcome packet. Housekeeping is a little lacking, but the services from the other providers is excellent. Dining in the restaurant is very convenient and the food is delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Nice breakfast buffet and pool-side cafe. Our dishes from late night room service sat in the hallway for three days and our linens were only changed once. (One day we asked to not be disturbed.) The other days, they came so late in the afternoon that we were dressing for dinner and could not be disturbed. The staff in the restaurant should commended for their hospitality and great service. We had absolutely no complaints.

This hotel was an absolute wreck! Our check-in took over 45 minutes, since the supervisor, (yes, the supervisor) could not figure out our reservation since - get this- she had never seen someone book a hotel and airfare together online! Seriously??!!! And she was a supervisor! Their tv's are at least 10 years old and tiny, and they most definitely have bed bugs. My body was covered in bed bug bites when i woke up. The manager of the hotel is an absolute xx, even more worthless than the supervisor, and upon checkout, we had a $30 charge on our bill from their restaurant (which we never even stepped foot in). They then told us that we had to dispute it over the phone with their corporate office. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel i have ever been to. What a waste. I will never stay here again. I will save myself the troubles and stay at the Royal Plaza hotel across the street. They have an excellent staff, no bed bugs, and no headaches. My parents stayed there and loved it. Don't stay at the Best Western!!! Trust me!

After a long day at Disney Magical Kingdom my family and I went to the hotel. The valet staff was so friendly. Checked in and was happy to see that they offered wi-fi. The hotel room was nice and clean great view of the city from our balcony. There was also a bus shuttle that goes every 30 minutes to downtown disney. It was nice not having to drive. We would definately recommend this hotel.

Not much. Too many things needed repair and no one seemed to care about any of them. When I checked in the desk clerk was polite and professional but not friendly. My room had no heat and they could not fix it so they have me blankets. The safe in my room did not work and they never fixed it. Room Service got my order wrong twice. Wireless internet in the room was very poor. The hotel charged an $8 resort fee and $10 parking fee. They gave me a coupon for a welcome package that was really an attempt to sell me a time share. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Best western was the best value and the best location.The pool was clean and sparkling the front desk was helpful and attentive,the location to Disney and Seaworld was fantastic!Having your own furnished balcony to watch the fireworks at night and the hotair balloons in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee from your in room coffee maker was sinful.

I traveled with a 4 & 13 year old for a family trip to disney and we wanted to enjoy the pool a couple of days considering we were staying for 13 days. The heater on the pool was broken the entire stay. We had bugs in our bathroom for the first week. The staff was rude to me at the beginning of the stay but then began to get alot nicer towards the end of the stay. It is a short walk to downtown disney which is nice.

When I first got there, I noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was also a bug in one of the towels that had been folded. The carpet had looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. There was a red stain in between the beds. The first morning we woke up to take a shower and there wasn't any hot water running. I called the front desk to take care of the situation while I stepped downstairs to eat breakfast. I came back up to the room to take a shower in luke-warm water. Not what I wanted, but it was better than taking a shower in cold water. The next morning, the same situation happened. The maintenance man told me that it was because there were alot of guests that were taking showers and that's why they don't have hot water. That was the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. I don't care how many people take showers at the same time, this should not be an issue at a resort. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Upon out arrival in the room we found we could only get hot water in the bathroom sink. Maintenance man was prompt and did his best to resolve the problem, but it didn't last. We had a ADA-Compliant room and we had the last one available, so we could not change rooms. Roll-in shower floor not set right for adequate drainage so water went all over bathroom floor. Also, personal shower head was on side wall of shower facing out into bathroom instead of one end or the other where water may have been contained a little better. Lock on bathroom door did not work and heat lamp didn't really seem to give much heat. Air conditioner in room seemed to run all the time, even when set on auto. Had to turn off several times to stay comfortable. We were only able to stay 2 nights so we managed, but if our stay was longer, we would have changed rooms as soon as possible.
