Great location, overpriced and hotel room was outdated and dark.

Like the breakfast in the morning. The toilet was very slow flushing and there was no remote for the TV in the room, had to call. The hotel was okay but would look for another next time with a cheaper rate. Did not meet our expectations for the price paid. Could come down more on the price.

On the good side: the location was great. There were some fun restaurants just a short walk up the street, with lots of cute shops, etc. The room itself was fairly clean and beds were fine. On the bad side: The door would not open or close properly. No matter what we did it was impossible to open. We had to have someone come open it for us. The door mechanisim was old and didn't work properly. It was almost impossilbe to close fullly and I never felt very safe because of that. When I asked to switch rooms they said no...even though the hotel appeared to be almost empty. They weren't very polite about it either. They said, "Most of our doors are that way." I was quite annoyed. They just didn't seem to care.

when i made my reservation i asked for down stairs room or a handicap room,because of my bad knee.When i got there they had no downstair rooms,i dont know if it was orbits fault or the motels but i was not happy at all!Also forget about the breakfast if your handicaped its down a flight of stairs and no elevator.The rooms where nice size and the staff were nice except for one lady at the front desk who was quik to blame orbits for the mix up with the room.Dont think i will ever be in knabe again but if i am i wont stay here.

I like the breakfast they had it was great. I could not use the internet my room. Bad Wi-Fi signals. Had some business to do and had to go to the lobby. Not fun at 9 or 10 pm. I would stay here again if they fixed the internet.

we were placed in a handicapped room. they were remodeling some other room. it was very large and comfortable. they came late in the afternoon to check if everything was ok with the room. the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. more than we thought it would be and the staff was available and helpful with the waffle iron mechanichs. i would highle recommend this hotel.

"This was the most disappointing experience. The room/bed was filthy. Bodily fluid was on the bedding. The only compensation offered was a clean blanket. We have children, and we ended up getting a refund and leaving at 10:00 p.m. We were accused by management of trying to get a free room. This place is not friendly and not accomodating at all. The cheap price is not worth the aggravation! "

It was clean! I had to park away from my room. It was a great place to stay with friendly service. I had to use ear plugs because my side was next to the main road so it was a little noisy.

Cheaper for a small trip, this is good for us. A little bit to sharp. Good for one or 2 nights. Could be too hard for a long stay.

Location to the funeral we attended. Location was excellent. Three story-no elevator. We don't use a handicap label, but would like an elevator for my wife and her luggage.

Excellent hot, free, breakfast buffet. The pool wasn't very clean, and was being used as a storage area also.
