No thanks! Would NEVER stay there again.

The water park was very nice & fun for the kids as well as the adults. The heater/air conditioner unit had mold growing on it and was very dusty inside & under it. This was a nice hotel but was also not very pleasant to stay in. The doors would not open properly even when the green light came on, my mother-in-law fractured 2 ribs because the door wouldn't open. There was no water pressure in the shower, it took me 35 minutes to shower just to get all the soap out of my hair. There was mold growing on the heater/air conditioning unit & was very dusty inside. The restaurant was extremely overpriced as was the buffet in the bar/lounge.

It might be an ok place if you want to go to an overcrowded "waterpark" where no one is supervising there own children and the only lifegaurd at the top of the slide is text messaging and not watching at all. There was a strange buzzing sound that could be heard throughout the hotel (including in our room) which went on about every 20 minutes. The walls are paper thin and anyone in the hall can be heard. No coffee in site in the morning

There was an indoor pool for the kids as well as an out door for the adults, to get away from the noise. Could have been some type of free breakfast for what this hotel cost.

Hotel staff helped me above and beyond expectation with my temporary disability. I recently had major surgery and needed assistance. We were impressed with the service of the hotel especially with my temporary disability. This was our first stay at this hotel. EXCELLENT service!

We have been staying here for years and have always been treated so well that we can't imagine staying anywhere else. When I call for reservations they know us so well that they know what part of the hotel we like to stay in and they are so accomadating. I feel bad when I read some if these past reviews. There swimming club where kids earn rewards is next to none. Every level is great. My kids keep asking when we're going again and what level we will be at this time. The staff up front is wonderful and whatever we need they are there within minutes. We have had to use their shuttle to drive us places and their drivers are so personable and professional. The rooms that we have stayed in have been so roomy and clean. We usually get a room with a king bed and it has been great quality. I really think the Ramkota does a great job and I bet if you had a problem or concern if you called one of the managers up front they would take care of your concern immediately to make sure your stay was as wonderful as ours always has been.

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor shallow pool was perfect for a 2 year old and the water was not too cold.

It had a great indoor pool and outdoor pool. Our room was difficult to keep cool. This hotel was conveniently located and had a great indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was not very friendly and did not promptly assist us with the malfunctioning thermostat in our room.

The rooms and the whole hotel haven't been updated in years. All of the beds fell like they were broken. The hotel also allows dogs, which is never a good sign, especially when you find dog crap in the hallways. The waterpark is a nice idea, but it hasn't been updated in years. A couple of the slides were broken and badly needing a paint job or to be replaced. Some of the other items in the pool were very used/old and need to be replaced. We ate the restaurant a couple of times and the food was bad and expensive. The service was also bad. The front desk wasn't very helpful and had little knowledge of the area. For the price, you would expect a lot better service and accommodations.

This hotel boasts of a waterpark, it wasn't even close! Hotel was very dark and had a musty, smoky smell.

Enjoyed the water park. We were booked into a room without a window. It felt claustrophobic. The staff and common areas were fine. We just did not like having a window-less room!

First of all, I arrived late and they didn't have a reservation for me, they put me in a poolside room, boy was I upset I just wanted to sleep and not here kids run around at all hours of the night. I then soon realized my a/c didn't work, so I'm getting the humidity from the pool and no a/c not even a window to the outside. As I was getting settled I noticed there was a box of pizza on the top of the entertainment center. No one at the front desk didn't seem to care. It was deffinately not worth the money.

The pool area for the children was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was nothing wrong that didn't get taken care of. We went for a one night stay. The kids liked the pool area. The rooms were nice. Our fire alarm was beeping and door connecting the rooms didn't work. Maintenance came right up and fixed both. I asked for a crib at 9:30 p.m. and the staff brought it right up. My one year old accidentally pressed the remote and ordered a music station. The staff took the charge off. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean nice rooms.

"Not too impressed with the rooms. Your ad is deceiving. The rooms were dirty and sticky. Mirrors were full of finger prints, mold growing on the air/heat conditioner, beds were very hard. The bath tub had a dirty ring around the tub. The room was outdated with what the ad had said."

"Missing tv remote, internet connection didnt work, and we had a cricket in the room. No big deal..but at 8:06am we were woke up by the noise coming from the pool, which was right outside our room.We would have no problem with this, but we were not told about it ahead of time, and after arriving at 3am after 19 hours of driving, we needed sleep.Sure, we noticed there was a pool out our back door, but 8am !?!The worst part about it was when we mentioned it to the front desk, along with the internet trouble, missing remote, and bug problem, all we got were used car salesman excuses.
