ephrata is not exactly a metropolis, so we were pleasantly surprised with the rama. everything was great, the staff was great. very happy.

Only decent hotel in the town. Staff was indifferent to billing questions.

Location. Beds were too firm. The room was what was expected. Good location. Easy to find. Breakfast was good.

Great breakfast, nice people and good overall place. The hotel was located on the main road. The general appearance was very nice and the atmosphere was very friendly.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. No elevator. I'm not in that part of Eastern WA often, but if I am again, I will be happy to stay there again.
