Great location, clean rooms.

Location, bunk beds for kids. No indoor corridors, noisy. Generally it was ok for what we needed. Just a place to crash after Disneyland. If we were really using the place for anything more, I would have been disappointed in the tiny bathroom, older facility and room door access from the parking lot.

The hotel is very well located for people who attend the convention center, but the hotel services and specially, breakfast, is extremely poor. Cleanliness OK.

Stay of 3 nights with 2 adults and 1 6yr old for a Disneyland trip. Good price for room. Breakfast had hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy, sweet rolls, donuts, toast and bagels, and cereal. Good enough to get the day started. Great view from balcony of night fireworks from Disneyland in case tots can't make it that long at the Park. If you want bottled water, get it from the on-site store--99 cents and $2 from the machine on each floor. Comfortable 2 queen beds and clean rooms. Its a fairly long walk to the Park but doable unless you have little ones. Parking is a little meager and some doubling-up may be necessary. All in all, worth the money and location is great. Plenty of reasonable restraurants close by and the Yogurt shop down the street is super, Will return on next Disney trip.

it was a good hotel.

The front desk staff was friendly The hotel was noisy the pipes rattled, I could hear the man next door snoring. This place should not be allowed to carry the Best Western logo. It was dirty and loud. The kids bunk bed room was stuffy and had a bad smell. The one good thing I can say is the front desk staff was friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel twice over the past five years (February both times), and I would return. We book one of the family suites, which would be out of our price range at any of the other suite hotels. Lots of room for the four of us, with a separate room (and TV) for the kids to hang out in. Nothing fancy, but definately functional and we like having use of a fridge for snacks and light meal items. The breakfast provided is nothing fancy, but has always been adequete to get us going in the morning. The walk is a bit long for the little ones (takes us 15 - 20 minutes) at the end of a long day at Disneyland, but not unreasonable. Good value for the price.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and accomodating. Room was comfortable and included two sinks in bathroom. Beds were firm and comfy, pillows a bit too lofty and firm for me though. When we arrived, carpet had just been freshly shampooed-nice to know. Breakfast included hard boiled eggs, whole grain cereals and fresh fruits, in addition to the sugary pastries and donuts you'd expect. Location a bit too far to walk, shuttle buses were not frequent enough.

The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was great!!!. The towels are old and worn out. The rooms are just fine.

You could see the fireworks from Disneyland. N/A I was not pleased with the condition of the pool or the laundry services. There was one working washing machine and 2 dryers.

This hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating. It was extremely noisy, the "deluxe" breakfast was anything but, and it wasn't very clean. There were several people smoking and drinking directly outside of my (nonsmoking) room. The desk clerks were very friendly, however.

The front desk staff at times was not very nice, but you will find that anywhere. Other than that the value is excellent. Would definatley reccomend if looking for a good cheap place to sleep while on vacation. Everything else was great

The first night was terrible, the air didn't cool the room down at all, and I thought I had 2 queens and a sofa bed but I only got 2 queens, so 6 people squeezed onto them. The second night I did get the room I wanted and the air worked-hallelujah! The breakfast was good for a free breakfast too. The hotel advertises 1.5 blocks from Disneyland-NOT true! The hotel is 2.5 blocks from Disneyland which is a VERY long walk-we did it and it sucked. There was also ONLY shampoo and bar soap, no conditioner! Eeewwww.

I stayed at your hotel for two nights and I was not at all impressed. The room layout was strange. There were no towel bars near the sink (I had to go into the bathroom for the towel). The room was very uncomfortable the bed made noises when I laid down or rolled over and the pillows were flat. I had to sat in the desk chair or the bed to watch TV. When I entered the room there was a strong odor present [like carpet cleaning solution] that lingered during my entire stay. The curtains over the AC kept any air from the room. When the AC was turned on the curtains kept the air from entering the room. The Elevator was located in the Southeast corner of the building and had my wife been with me this room I was assigned would not have worked; she had knee surgury a few weeks ago and the walk would have been too hard for her. Guest were noisy on both sides of me. The breakfast was very basic, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, cold biscuits with very little gravy, pastries and some fruit. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and the room is clean and nice. Parking space is small and limited, the staff helped us to find a "reserved" space. It's a pretty long walk to Disney, definetly NOT "across the street", it's really tiring when you had to walk 20 min after a whole day. The pool was heated but the spa was not working. Bad is very soft and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. Overall it's a good stay.

This was our first trip back to Disneyland is 6 years. A lot changed since then. We arrived at the hotel early and the staff was very nice and let us check in early. We had to wait about an hour but it was ok because the kids played in the pool while we waited for our room. The room was as expected, nothing spectacular but it did have enough room for a family of five. Of course the bathroom could have been bigger or at least have dual sinks. The air conditioner to the kids room (which was much needed because it was very hot and stuffy)was very loud. The complimentary breakfast was not bad although a couople of times we got sick and thought maybe it was the food. We definetely did not like the location at all. It was too far of a walk. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk and after walking throughout the park during the day the walk home was too long. We decided to go on the shuttle the next day that conveniently picks up right in front of the hotel. However, it comes about every 30 -40 minutes and you never know when it is going to come. It cost $14.00 for a full day pass. We only used it for the one day because we spent a lot of that day waiting for shuttles. The hotel itself was not bad but I would not stay at this hotel again because of the location.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on the tale end of a trip to Disneyland. The hotel was okay but I would not stay there again. We have two kids (2 & 4) and prefer suite hotels for the extra space. The room layout was very odd. It was considered a suite but was really a second room with a bed off of a regular hotel room that had a bed and a couch. The room smelled terrible and was loud because you enter the room from the outside versus a hallway. The breakfast was very basic - cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit and donuts. The pool is tiny. The hotel is a long walk to the parks or a bus ride. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel. The only bonus is that you can see the fireworks from the rooms. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites for our first two nights, which was much better and cost the same amount. That suite had a kitchenette, was very clean and had a separate sleeping area from the family room area. There was also an on-site restaurant, a nice pool, breakfast buffet with many options, happy hour, weight room and a shuttle stop just outside the front door. The only reason we switched hotels is that we continued our vacation elsewhere after Disneyland and then decided to come back for one more day to go to California Adventure and wanted to try another hotel - bad choice!

When we checked in room, air conditioner didn't work and had to change rooms. We reserved a king room 3 months prior to travelling and when we were switched to a new room it was not the same as what was booked. The excuse from the front desk was that the other available rooms of our size were not available due to fact that people checked out late and there were no housekeeping staff to clean them up to allow for new guests. The front desk was not helpful in coming up with a solution to the problem , and as a result we only took a room for the one night and found accommodations elsewhere for the remainder of the week. We would definately NEVER RECOMMEND this Best Western to any of our friends coming to Disney Land.

Generally good stay, but with handicapped in the family, limited to one elevator in one corner, getting in and out was slow and inconvenient. Rooms have nice layout for families with young children, but could have a few with reversed layout where there's older children. Clean, everything works well, (bath fan a little noisy, though), and great location for a quick walk to and from Disneyland.
