Had 2 rooms for 4 people. Very nice size and clean. Nice staff. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Appreciated the complimentary breakfast and internet. Nothing. Very pleasant stay, if I were in the area again, would definitely stay there again. No restaurant in the hotel, but convenient places nearby.

I have stayed at many Best Western Hotels. You can depend on a clean, friendly, affordable place to stay. However, 6 night stay at the Best Western in Seekonk, Ma. was the worst experience I?ve ever had. Inexpensive doesn?t need to filthy or rude. The rooms were not vacuumed when we checked in. There was dirt and dust in the rooms and trash under the beds. The first morning my wife and I went to work out. The exercise room had one treadmill and one exercise bike. Both were broken. When I told the front desk they said ?we called someone?. The next morning I ended up fixing the treadmill myself by tightening the cables. No one ever showed up to fix the exercise bike. The morning breakfast was another disaster. Every morning they were out something. Usually fruit. (only handed out one banana at a time.) or out of milk for the cereal. The office staff told one patron they we out of milk but I could see milk in the cooler from my table in the back room so I got it for the person. No apologies or explanation. This is POOR customer service. We tried to check out early but because we were prepaid we had to stay the full 6 nights. We eventually move across the street at a Hampton Inn for the next 6 nights and was treated to a friendly staff and a spotless hotel. (note: only $ more per night) I like Best Western and I will stay at a Best Western again but never in Seekonk, Ma. I will recommend family members not stay at this hotel traveling there in July for a wedding. Please forward this to the Seekonk Staff so they can improve their customer service.

The other hotels in our price range that were near/ at the airport had very spotty reviews and the negative ones made me check other hotels within a short drive from the airport. The reviews of this Best Western were so positive that I decided to try it. My husband and I stayed here overnight before driving on to Cape Cod. Our flight was late, but the staff at the hotel were waiting for us and were very nice and very helpful. We slept through breakfast, but were given great directions to area resturants and how to get to the highway. The next time we fly to Providence, we will stay and extra day or two to see the sights and stay at this hotel!

The hotel features a pool and breakfast with waffles. The room included a fridge, microwave and even cookies! The front dest staff gave us a $10 coupon for a neighboring Italian restaurant. Shopping opportunities surround.

My husband and I recently traveled to MA to attend a family reunion. We stayed at the Best Western in Seekonk which was close to everything and everyone that we wanted to see. The hotel was fabulous -- clean, quiet, spacious, friendly staff, great amenities. I don't know how it could improve. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all who are heading to the RI/MA area.

We stayed here for our daughter's cheerleading competition in Providence RI, the location was great (not inner-city) near many family friendly places to eat. The room was clean, comfy beds and great shower! The hot breakfast was just right, the children enjoyed making their own waffles. The pool and hot tub were just right, the children really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. We hope to book the whole team there next year!

We had special needs requests that were met without any problems at all; the staff went out of their way to be sure our needs were accommodated. While scrambled eggs and sausages were great for breakfast, for those staying longer than a day, it would be nice to have some variation and perhaps something other than bananas for fresh fruit. We will definitely stay there again!

Nothing. Overall the hotel was not good, as I had no room available to me upon check-in. The last customer used a vibrator in an outlet and burnt out the electric in the room. My family (5 of us, 3 kids) had to shack in with my other family's rooms. Toilet near reception desk wasn’t working, and my mother's room never got cleaned for her. Food in the breakfast room needs to have more than crabs for breakfast. Try some fruit, yogurts, etc. They compensated me my room fee but overall it was a horrible stay.

Very worthwhile for our stay: economical, safe and close to Roger Williams University and all amenities.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and pretty. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Big bathroom! Coffee cups were too small. Other than that, perfect. The Best Western lobby was welcoming, nice lighting and decor. The desk person was helpful, friendly. The hotel was clean. The sink was in the bathroom instead of outside, which I liked very much. Plenty of amenities like an iron, hairdryer, etc. Comfortable bed. I'd stay there again.

We were in Providence attending our son's graduate ceremonies at RISD. The location of Best Western Providence-Seekonk was excellent for our three day stay in the area. It made the traveling we had to do in and out of Providence a breeze. The area the hotel was in was very quiet and was a welcome retreat at the end of each day after being in the busy city. The complimentary breakfasts were the best! Not only were there the traditional cold breakfast options but there were homemade waffles and a steam table with scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage.

Good location to visit both providence & then drive over to Cape Cod. Semi cabs coming and going all night in parking lot. We were treated very well, given recommendations for dinner in the nearby area, and then left alone. Breakfast selections were excellent for a lobby breakfast.
