good accomodation stayed here for a hen do, the rooms were tidy and well presented, staff were helpful too. the hotel is located a bit far out from the main nightlife of brighton. great if you looking for peace and quiet but looking to stay close by to the town. took about 45 mins to walk up to the top end where the pier was -great weather so this was not a problem. overall quite a good hotel. best thing about it was free parking.. but spaces are limited

I did not spend much time there, 36 hours, and was gone about 24 of those, but the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The staff was nice.

Big room, internet connection, directly across from beach. Make-up stained towels. The hotel was great. Loved the location across from the beach. Its a bit far from the "scene" in Brighton but has restaurants, etc nearby in Hove. Room was very large and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is in an excellent location, Hove is much nicer than Brighton, but its close enough to walk to. The hotel is directly opposite the English Channel and our room had an excellent view. We also had a lovely 4 poster bed, but the mattress was pretty shocking (very saggy). The bar downstairs was very nice, the barman was chatty and friendly and the meal was lovely.

The hotel was room was very clean and comfortable, and had a sea view. The breakfast was well cooked and there was a good choice on offer. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A big plus point for this hotel is the free car park, although it is a bit of a narrow entry to the rear park if you have a large car.

A pleasant hotel with a fab fab gastro pub called the ginger pig within a few mins walk and a great organic shop/ restaurant 3 mins away! hotel was pleasant and the rooms were big with a good view. Yes the decor is 70s/80s but good quality, comfy beds and good value. would stay again!

friendly staff, good parking and close to the beachbig comfortable room but my only complaint was that the extractor fans in the bathroom do not go off in room 31 so are noisy at night.

Having stayed in this hotel several times, I am always happy with the service and cleanliness and the breakfast is very good

Good value - clean and secureGood value for Brighton and the price. Room was basic but large and clean. Staff friendly and I was comfortable leaving the laptop etc in the room while away.

Best Western in HoveThis hotel is off a good 3 star standard, although the parking is on a first come basis and then the hotel customers seem to park just anywhere blocking others in!The staff were very good and helpful, during our stay there were a lot of younger people going out to parties etc and I thought we may get alot of door slamming duirng the night but there was plenty of consideration given to the other occupants of the hotel.Remember if you want a sea view to ask in advance as we were over looking the car park and its not the prettiest of sites. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and we send our compliments to the chef.

Would stay here againStayed only for one night but definitely stay again, probably for a short break. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and very helpful. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was freshly cooked and tasty. The buffet table was well stocked, tea and toast arrived promptly. We arrived before check in time, and we were given access to our room, but the maid had not had time to clean it. We met her on the landing as we were heading out and she apologised, by the time we came back it was done, so no complaints. Would rcommend.

Brighton VisitStaff were very polite and helpful. Free Wi-fi worked well, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. For a £100 we did not get a sea view - so that was a shame. Price was high as it was a bank holiday Sunday.Room was clean, had a flat screen wall mounted TV which had some free sky channels, but rest of room needed a redocaration and was aging. The headboard was 1960s.Overall Hotel has free parking for about half the rooms, but teh car park at rear is very small and a nightmare, we saw somebody who had parked at the front of hotel, reversing nto other cars in frustration trying to get out! So be careful if parking!Hotel location is in Hove, which means you will be a 30-40 minute walk from Brighton and the centre of restaurants and bars. There are some local places but did not appeal from the outside. Taxis will cost £8-£10 each way so have athink about that. There are buses but not along the sea front.I would say room only is worth £60-£70 as you ahve to take the taxi fares into account. However the staff are great.

Would I stay again............?A good hotel in a good location with friendly, efficient staff let down by mediocre food.

Best Hotel in HoveThis hotel is in Hove, rather than Brighton and I'll admit it is a bit of a walk. But it was well worth it. We got the hotel for £59 and it was amazing. The receptionist was really friendly, the room service was great. The room has freeview channels so we could actually watch something decent after a long travel. The breakfast was included and it was amazing too. There's a full english breakfast and we were allowed to access the continental buffet as well. it's about a 45 minute walk to Brighton pier and its a really nice walk along the promenade rather than catching a bus.
