We were upgraded as the rate we booked on the net couldn't get connecting rooms. Hotel upgraded us as we were with small children and needed connecting rooms. Renovated rooms, very nice and big, bathroom excellent and view from upper floors superb. Pool is not nice and freezing cold. Hotel staff not really friendly though and restaurant gets a lot of smoke smell of cigars and from the bar at the front of the restaurant - not good for families or non-smokers. Location good, just far enough out of the city and there's a shopping mall and supermarket across the street. Train is a minute walk away. Taxis will try to rip you off so insist on meter rather than flat rate. Would stay here again

I'm very happy with the service and the hotel staff are excellent particularly those serving the premier laounge at 30th floor. I'll never forget thier excellent service during my stay.

The staff are not helpful. Its not a great location (its really out of the way). There was an alarm that went off all night so we didn't sleep. Staff told us to take a tour which was just a pushing shopping tour. We wouldn't stay there again.
