Clean, large room, comfortable. Excellent value for money for breakfast. It was slightly noisy with the pub next door (but it was a long weekend when we stayed). Helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again.

BEDBUGS...STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK The first morning I woke up in the hotel, my ankle itched. I looked down to find a bedbug lying next to my ankle on the blood spotted sheet. I picked it up -- its legs were still squirming -- took a photo for evidence, collected it in a piece of tissue, and went downstairs to speak with the hotel manager. The apology was robotic and dispassionate, and the manager repeatedly stated how this was the first time it had ever happened at their hotel. I felt reproached by her manner, as though I had brought it in myself, which wasn't possible given my home doesn't have bedbugs and it was my very first night away from home. They never verified my claim, took the specimen away from me, and now claim it was a dried up fossil of a specimen, despite my high resolution photos to the contrary. BTW, the room was never fumigated, and they still deny that it was a bedbug, which either means they're completely infested or in denial. Again, stay at your own risk.

Located just off O'Connell Street in city centre, this hotel was just a 30 minute trip from the airport on the AirCoach which dropped us off less than half-a-block from the hotel. The hotel was in a quiet and safe area, and within walking distance of most of the major attractions and shopping in Dublin. It was also just across the street from the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus service. The people at the desk were very helpful, and the hotel was the perfect place for us to spend a few days in Dublin before leaving for Galway by train (the LUAS tram to Heuston Station is nearby), and to spend the last night before we left Ireland, after returning to Dublin from Cork by train. It will definitely be on our list of places to stay when we return.

A perfect spot to stay for your time in Dublin. Easy access to all the attractions with taxis and buses vitually at the doorstep. In the centre of everything. I will definitely be staying here next time I come and I will be coming again. Loved it!

We toured Dublin and surrounding area. The hotel is about 8 blocks from Temple Bar (lots of restaurants and pubs), Trinity College and Grafton Street (shopping and tourist sites) which are across the river Liffey. Not a bad walk but something to keep in mind. O'Connell street is just steps away (a central hub with movie theatre, street markets, department stores,but not a specifically "tourist" area). The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. European rooms are small and these rooms were typical Euro size, but nicely furnished. Our room was VERY quiet, a nice feature. Breakfast is served each morning in the restaurant and they offer a 10Euro per day option when checking in--a good value. I think this hotel is a good value and a good selection by Orbitz.

Perfect location! Just a bit noisy at night (but it was a bank holiday Sunday!) The only thing that really bothered me was that the room was roasting hot and the air conditioning wouldn't turn up for me! Other than that, the location is great- right next to O' Connell st! Will be staying there again!!

Excellent hotel that I would definetly use and recommend to anybody. Stright off O'Connell street so excellent location, ver clean, modern and great room. TV even has internet on it if you want via a wireless keyboard. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've came across. Spa and gym facilities on the lower level and also 2 restraunts, one a seafood restraunt. Staff also were very helpful and friendly and overall a great stay for good value of money.

I'm 22 and traveling alone. I'm glad I stayed at this hotel while in Dublin. While I absolutely LOVED the hotel, I didn't like the location so much - but let me go into detail. I thought that the location was a bit sketchy (especially at night) for a woman on her own. However, the location is GREAT when it comes to being by the main bus stops for tours and the airport. It was a quick 2 minute walk to the AirLink bus (highly recommend that), and it was right across the street from the hop on, hop off dublin bus tour 1st stop (highly recommend that as well). So, overall, it worked out. Easy location to get to tourist destinations...but Dublin (overall) is just a bit sketchy. I also went on the Dublin Bus North Coastal & Castle tour - I loved it, and it was great to get away from the city, and to see the coast for about 3 hours. I highly recommend that tour. Also, all the National museums a free - hit them up!!

This is a great hotel in a great location, just off O'Connell and close to many bus lines and the Dublin bus office where you can buy tour tickets. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and included huge thick towels in the bathroom. That was a nice bonus. Plenty of electrical outlets, flat screen TV and coffee/tea in the room.

Very small but very modern and clean rooms. THis hotel had everything we needed. Just off the main street and a short walk to the sights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless, and the internet was free and fast. Location is just off O'Connell, which gives you access to many bus lines. The hop on and off bus is just across the street. I'll definitely stay here again and just booked another family member in this hotel.
