The Best Western Precious Moments was very relaxing and comfortable. The room size was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. I've had my fair share of staying in hotels and this by far was the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself was very beautiful and with the precious moments theme just made it that much better. My wife is a collector of P.M. figurines and it just really added to the stay. It was very quiet as well. The staff were extrememly helpful and pleasant. The young lady that checked us in was so nice and always had a smile on her face. The popcorn machine in the lobby as well as the coffee machine is a very nice touch. The continental breakfast was really good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was wonderful!! The room was spacious, clean and furnished tastefully. Plan to go back in a few weeks for a long weekend and will stay there.

When we checked into the Precious Moments BW, the desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Being Precious Moments we expected the room to be decorated to reflect that theme more. The carpet and floor in the bathroom needed cleanng when we arrived and still did when we left. There was crumbs or something on the floor beside the bed that had never been vacuumed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The biscuits and gravy were exceptional.

The grand entrance way, the friendly staff, the big rooms. The business internet was stripped down due to kids misusing. Best Western Precious Moments hotel is perfect for relaxing. The beautiful entrance sports a grand staircase with lovely murals of the Precious Moments characters. The gift shop carries necessities including post cards and reasonably priced T-shirts. The laundry area is near the lobby. Breakfast is served upstairs overlooking the lobby. The surprise was in the big rooms and wide hallways. The staff went out of their way to assist our small group.

Since last stay staff appears to have been upgraded from obese and testy front desk women to slimmer and more pleasant staff.Also hotel prohibits CCW permitees to carry firearms into hotel. They oblivously do not care about the personal safety of their guests, who are proven non-threats by their lack of criminal records and lack of mental incompetency judgments. If another hotel in town would have a vacancy, I'd choose it first.

At first we were not pleased with our room, but the staff gave us an upgraded room in another wing of the motel. The room was very nice and we were pleased with the whole experience. We will definitely stay at the Best Western Precious Moments on our next trip to the area.

I liked the decor and the theme. The receptionist took to long to check me in after 8hr dr. I really liked it the price was very reasonable and it was very clean.

We recently stayed here and thought it was one of the nicest, cleanest places we have ever stayed. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size for the four of us and it was very quiet. Also, the swimming pool was very clean and open extended hours! We would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Carthage, especially families!

We usually trust Best Westerns, but this place was awful! We checked in late and crashed, bed was hard, blankets old and not laundered. The worst was the next morning when I dropped something in the bathroom, bent down and noticed a long urine streak down the side of the toilet that I know WE didn't put there. The floor in the bathrom was stained and dirty and if they dusted before our stay, it was only cursory and with a feather duster. Then we looked into the lobby from outside and actually saw dirt and trash between their blinds and the big window in the lobby. This place is FILTHY!

My family has stayed in this hotel 3xs in the past year, and have had excellent service each time. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel.
