The spa. We were asked asked to leave the spa at 4 am. We were not ready to get out. Other than that being asked to leave, the spa it was great.

Very clean, friendly, quiet, wonderful hottub, good breakfast. The pool was chilly for being heated. I would definitely stay here again. We live about 50 miles from Columbus and wanted to stay out late for Gallery Hop without driving home, and this location was great, affordable, and comfortable.

Staff was consistent and exceptionally friendly. Like staying at a friend’s house. Very clean. Friendly staff. Indoor pool and hot tub looked very clean. Well stocked exercise facility. Real breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Comfortable beds, soft sheets. Late check in was no problem. Housekeeping was responsive.

Convenience to the airport. Noise (compressor of some sort) out side of room window. This hotel was clean, the staff was courteous. We did not use the pool or the fitness center but both appeared to be clean and well kept.

New and clean. Could hear plains all night. Could hear water and walking all night from other rooms. Not bad for looks. When people walked around in the room above it was like being in a drum in my room. Each step was heard loud and clear. Plane noise was louder than I thought it would be.

Very friendly, very convenient, nice area, great pool. NA We found the hotel to be more accomodating than expected. It was in a nice location with convenient access.If in the area again I will definately repeat my stay there.

Easy access to freeway and 10 minutes from downtown Columbus. Its also new. Water wasn't hot enough for a shower at 9am Saturday. Close to Cols airport, tricky to find but easy access to freeway leaving. Arriving guests will have trouble with airport exit sign age, and hotel employees as confused as I was about how get to hotel from airport exit. Hotel is new, so its clean and rooms acceptable. Don't count on a warm shower mid-morning. Food is marginal for breakfast, few healthy choices, no yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal/grits options. I ate boxed raisin bran sampler.

Location was very good. Breakfast bar was not very good. Cleanliness of room during the week was not real good. Hotel was ok, not happy with receptionist upon arriving. Call ahead to get directions and was given wrong directions. Added 1 hour to trip because she was not familiar with the surrounding streets. Receptionist really did not apoligize for the trouble it caused. We had to stop and ask someone for directions after making 3 calls back to the hotel for clarification.
